If there was a potential for negative reviews, this place has earned it
Sales representatives are clueless. They all give different information about the same thing. Been trying to get my money back for 3 months after returning 2 phones, and here I stand today, empty handed.

My service here was absolutely terrible. On more then one occasion. The first time, I just assumed it was a bad day and decided to give it another try. What a MISTAKE. I went there today to see if they had any Iphone6’s… As I walked in there was quite a line. There was a man going to each person asking them what they needed, he reaches the girl in front of me, she was an existing customer and wanted an iphone6, to which he told her «we have to order the phone for you, it will be about 6 business days». She said «even though I’m an existing customer you will NOT sell me a phone and let me walk away with it today?» His response «nope. Sorry. That’s the way I want it. I own the store. That’s how it is.» She flipped out, deservingly so. He also informed all of us that «no other store would be able to get us an iPhone today. They will just lie to you on the phone and get you into the store only to tell you you’ll have to wait» blah blah. The lady in front of me leaves, beyond pissed but she’s going to another store that said they could get her a new phone today. So I stay in line and call the Sprint store on Big Beaver and Crooks, to which I find out they DO have iphone6’s in store and would be more than happy to help me switch me phone over TODAY, as well as buying my old iPhone for $ 200!!! Safi G. helped me with everything at this store! He was more than helpful and polite… I cannot say it enough what a difference going to this other store was. I will NEVER step foot into square lake and telegraph store again. The Troy location stole my business, EASILY. *also, when I was on the phone with Safis store and I was still in the sprint on square lake, the «owner» turned the music up so loud I couldn’t even hear what was being said on the phone!!! I couldn’t believe it*
