Tim represented my husband and I when purchasing our first home. We couldn’t be happier with his services. As first time home buyers, we had tons of questions and concerns. Tim was super responsive and patient, answered all our questions and helped us navigate to a successful purchase within the short time period we had. We have never hesitated to recommend him to our friends and family who are in the market.

This agent represented the sellers of a property we were buying. Throughout the process he rushed us through multiple steps and acted consistently annoyed with normal proceedings such as the necessity to get an inspection. At closing he acted like we were just an annoyance in his day whereas for us it was a big deal. It didn’t help that he was representing sellers who were flipping a house and they sounded as sleezy as he acted. He kept us and the sellers in separate rooms which was completely unprofessional and made for an interrogation-feeling scene.
The most disturbing interaction was when he honestly threatened me by stating he knew someone at my work and they could make my life horrible! It literally came out of nowhere while we were just chatting about our personal lives waiting for some paperwork. I will never work with him again and would highly suggest avoiding his services. He is a poor reflection on Coldwell Banker.
