Stumbled upon this place for the first time when looking for a place to get an espresso. What I ended up discovering was that it also hosted an amazing selection of chocolates! Truffles in a variety of colors and flavors, bars, boxes and baskets. Needless to say I left with more than just an espresso. The owner, Tia(hope I spelled this right!) is the sweetest person you will ever meet. Seems about right she would have a Sweet Shop! She is always helpful and conversational and lets you sample some of the amazing chocolates on hand. The selection is enough reason to visit, but I have returned numerous times because she and her husband are wonderful people. If you are looking for a gift or something tasty for yourself, this is the place to be!

Between a 3 and 4, but I round up for a great customer experience. This place focuses on tea, coffee, and chocolate. A winning combination right? I’m going to echo what someone else said about expecting more variety. In other sweet shops in the area, they have homemade treats or fudge or ice cream and for a sweet shop, it really focuses only on chocolate. A lot of types of chocolate at a good price, but I do think more variety would only make this place even better and more tempting to come to. I was going to get one drink, but the woman working there recommended the special where they melted a couple chocolates in. I wish I remembered the name, but it was really tasty and she encouraged me to smell it before putting the lid on, and it was really great. She introduced herself and mentioned they make up gift baskets. It was the right amount of salesmanship without being too pushy or aggressively selling. It was a quiet time so it was easier to get attention, but some stores even if you are the only one in it, the cashier is just on their phone the whole time. This was a very charming experience. There are a few tables around so I sat peacefully to drink. I think their beverages may be their strong suit. I could see coming here to enjoy a coffee in a quaint space rather than just coming here to buy a few candy bars.

A very«sweet» and charming store. Owner was there to walk me through all the delicious options. Will definitely be visiting and trying new chocolates in the months to come. I did not even have the time to ask about the various coffees that looked tempting. I will take the time to make another trip there soon!

This place is not at all what I expected. I was hoping for handmade chocolates like at Holsten’s down the road on Broad St. Instead, what I got was pre-packaged chocolates, albeit all mostly fine European chocolates, that aren’t found in most stores. The exception is Lindt, which can be found in most stores and seems to represent a significant percentage of this store’s chocolate inventory. Adi’s mother was very nice in explaining all the products, including the coffee and tea, but none of this is their own, and that in part is why I’m stuck on 3 stars. All that said, their prices are reasonable. We were told Lindt sells its individual chocolates in their stores for 65 cents each whereas here they’re 50. Even if that’s not true, if you buy 3 dozen, you get a 4th for free. All told, I went here with a $ 20 Groupon I bought for $ 12 and ended up leaving with 4 dozen Lindt chocolates and a box of Guylian milk truffles and only owed $ 2 out of pocket.

Came here twice to buy some amazing chocolates, the selection is mind-blowing. I ended up buying some Belgium Hazlenut chocolates and loved them as they are my go to after a good meal. Will be seeing you soon Adi’s sweet shop. Thank you for the amazing selection.

This is a new establishment in town. A very cute place. The owner/staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I stumbled in on Superbowl Sunday just looking to see what this place had to offer. It is essentially a chocolate store. You go pick out chocolate and leave. They do sell coffee/expresso(real coffee). However I only recall two small tables and a 4 chairs, so I would not necessarily come here to hang out. I expected more of a café feel. This place has a lot of potential should it add some seating and push a more café-like experience. I will go back to buy chocolate for my friends, but I can’t see the need to frequent this establishment.
