We’ve used Austin’s Piano Service for the 2nd time in as many years. We are very happy with the service. We inherited our baby grand 2 years ago and it was never tuned. Our little girl is taking piano lessons and we wanted to ensure she learns on a tuned piano. His tuning takes about 2.5 — 3 hours and the prices are very reasonable. On top of it all, Austin is a very nice person with kids of his own, so we feel very comfortable with him coming into our home.
I hope people read this review and give Austin a shot.

Best piano service in Essex county NJ. Our piano is a gift from a family member that has been in the family for some time. So the tuning process is not easy, but my Daughter keep reminding me that her piano needed tuning, called Austin and it was done! Then at the end of the tuning session I got a concert by Austin himself! Man is he talented on those keys.

The Bloomfield Public Library has a 1921 Steinway which gets a lot of varied use. It’s not in the best of environments and had been shifted around quite a bit. Over the years it might not have received enough proper care and handling, but it’s ours and we love it.
We have been using Austin’s Piano Service for a year now and the piano has never sounded better. Austin keeps it tuned for our many concerts, recitals and programs. He’s explained things to us in detail so that we know exactly what to do to keep this piano in tip-​top shape. The artists who come here to perform have been remarking on the improved quality of the piano’s sound.
His prices are great and he’s a very personable guy. I’d recommend him highly. If he can keep this heavily-​used piano in tune, he can do anything.
