Bloomfield Foot Specialist

I’m unsure about the other two negative reviews. All I can say is Dr. Gambardella has treated several issues with my feet and has met my patient service level each and every time. Never has he rushed the appointment or made me feel like I was part of an assembly line process.

Nice enough doctor although the ‘assembly-​line’ level of care is heavy here. The medical assistants are friendly. The front desk staff is cold and uncaring. Showed up for an appt an hr after it was supposed to be. My confusion about the appt time. No solution offered by the receptionist except to stare at me like I’m an idiot and then insist on charging my credit card a $ 25 fee and turning me away without seeing the doctor. I run a medical practice as my occupation and would NEVER dream of allowing such horrendous customer service. This practice seems to thrive on the Medicare bucks without a desire to work hard for the self pay patient. My second and decidedly my LAST appt was a 3 minute appearance by the doctor and a piece of tape applied across my foot, which ultimately stuck to my sock and provided no therapeutic value other than to pay for the after work margaritas for the doc. Please do yourself and your feet a favor… find a mindful, patient oriented practice for your precious foot health. I’ve found a good one in Manchester which completely contradicts the ‘take a number, be seated and give us your credit card’ approach of this place.
