Rude. Asked me questions with his back to me. Honestly a waste of money and time. Receptionist seems put off by having to verify your insurance. Really?

I was seen there today by Dr. Maxwell on 9÷8÷15. I went there because I’m completely covered in ringworm. Right when the doctor came in, he said I need to go see a dermatologist before he even looked at the ringworm and took some pics and walked out. When he came back in he gave me a prescription for Diflucan and to continue taking Lotrimin OTC. I explained to him that the OTC tubes of Lotrimin are very small and cost around 10 $ at CVS. I asked him if he could give me a prescription for a topical cream so it could be submitted to my insurance so I am getting a much bigger size and only paying 5 – 10 $ at the most. I tried to explain this to you a few times and he wanted nothing of it. He just kept telling me to take the over the counter cream. I went to this urgent clinic to receive the best treatment and I left feeling dissatisfied. I’m across the street and after receiving service like I did today, i will not be coming here again.

If I could give this clinic ZERO stars I would! My husband, who is a chemo patient, and I arrived at 12:00 pm as a walk-​in. The young receptionist talked quite extensively to her co-​worker but was unable to multi-​task and enter patient information into the computer. When I asked, after waiting 2.5 hours, what was taking so long she said she needed my insurance number from the company and they were supposed to call her back. I suggested that she call back but she told me that she had to enter other patients info and maybe I should call myself! After calling and getting the number for her it still took 45 minutes to be seen. Additionally, she was talking negatively about my situation to her coworker. I heard her whole conversation. If o didn’t NEED to get the physical I would’ve left immediately!
