What should I say!!! Don’t be blinded by the other reviews, very professional and fast service. My phone screen cracked, they had the screen in stock no waiting and no gimmicks, I was in and out with in hour. They had good music playing and besides the good music a very friendly staff. You would be crazy not to make this place your first option for any repairs.

They were cheap and replaced my battery for 30 bucks but broke the ribbon cable that controls the volume. This led to two weeks of waiting for a shipment of cables to come in and then more waiting. Time is money and it would have been cheaper and faster to send it to Apple to fix. Be warned.

I had an emergency with my work laptop not booting up — took it to Device Doctors and they correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes while I waited. Friendly, transparent and helpful service, very reasonable charge. I’ve been troubleshooting my computers for 15 years, and it is a real pleasure to find BS-​free, competent help. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys have NO idea what they are doing. Expect to waste your time. Unprofessional. They took 45 minutes to figure out how to unlock my phone, and after waiting that time they had no idea how to do it! Wasted 1 hour for nothing! Went to the phone store on Belleville ave, and they figured it out in 5 minutes. They do not know anything about phones and are just guessing. While I was in there a customer came to pick his laptop up and they lost his charger. Ridiculous. Nice owner there but they do not know what they are doing.

They are the nicest people ever! I will only take my phone here when I am sure to break it again. I have an iphone6 they fixed the screen quickly and were very nice. They even have a 90 day guarantee. Who can say that! And when my P button didn’t work after 60 days, I brought it in and they fixed it again, no charge! They are great people and have a parking lot in the back. Even better. Definitely recommend this place.
