Dunkin’ Donuts

The staff at this place is ridiculous I asked for an orange coolatta thinking it be good for a morning drink however I was dead wrong. It tasted absolutely disgusting almost metallic so I politely asked to have it exchanged for an iced coffee telling them they could take the price difference and keep it as a tip since a small iced coffee is about 4 dollars cheaper then the large coolatta I ordered. They however refused and told me that if I didn’t like the drink I shouldn’t come to their store… I asked to speak to a manager and surprise surprise she said it was against their «store policy». I tried to reason with them since a lot of my friends have gotten refunds from other locations but they wouldn’t even take the time to listen and instead told me to get out… I’ve been given better service at gas stations. DON’T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

This is my first negative review on Unilocal… this store gave me the wrong order. Since they are located near the highway I didn’t realize until I open the package in NYC. I called they said no problem bring the receipt and order back. I did a day later with the items untouched. They accused me of lying and refused a refund. Even though I had my phone which showed the date and time I called them. The older woman working there fliped out and was rude and nasty beyond belief. It was shocking and sad.

This is a great Dunkin Donuts. Service is great and it is fun. It is also clean which is important along with personable service and smiles along with great Coffee.
