I purchased a Factory CPO328i xdrive on January 30th, 2016 and could not be more dissatisfied with my purchase. I have had 4 engine issues since the purchase date(faulty temperature sensor, faulty vent pipe, faulty vent pipe valve, faulty charcoal canister) and found out through those service visits that the tires on the vehicle were worn and in need of replacement. The car has low overall mileage, and I have not even put 3,000 miles on it since that date. When I complained to the CPO Sales Manager, I was told«sometimes things just go wrong.» When I complained to the General Manager, I was told I have«bad luck, not a bad car». I opened a formal case with BMW of North America requesting a replacement vehicle, they declined, but told me that I needed to work with the dealer on the tires. After fighting for it, I at least now have 4 new tires on the car. I still at this point have no overall confidence in the vehicle. Although they are«fully confident» that the vehicle is in good condition, they were just as confident in that when I purchased the car, and the previous 3 times I had to bring it in with engine trouble. So, what kind of value do those words hold? None. Their customer relations person contacted me a few days ago to follow up, I called her back and left a message, still have not received a return call. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. The right thing to do is replace the car, the issues that I have had are unacceptable, let alone the explanations, if you call them that. This is the overall worst experience I’ve ever had in purchasing ANY kind of product. This car clearly was not worthy of factory certification(the condition of the tire treads alone prove that, no matter what may have been written on the CPO inspection sheet. I would not recommend that you purchase from this dealer.

Funny how the original Unilocal page was changed to «Bloomfield Locksmith Store». Anyway, my husband and I came here to look at and test drive a car. We regret wasting our time here. The worst customer service, ever. I’ve gotten better service at Chik-fil-a. The salesman«helping» us was condescending, uninterested, and unprofessional. We left as soon as we could from the lack of customer service and immediately drove to BMW in Paramus where the customer service was outstanding. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere.
