This was the worst service I have ever experienced at any place of business. You would think with how long they took to make my sandwich it wouldn’t have come out crumpled up in a ball and every single potato wedge was stuck together in a clump. If I wasnt in a rush at work I would have been able to go back and complain. Terrible.

Why why why did have to put up with being educated on the difference between a bite and a dipper, I just wanted to exchange my meal because I ordered the wrong thing. How important is it for you to tell me this, instead of just giving me my food with a
smile so I will come back and get more food.
1) your not super busy.
2) I don’t understand why your have to be so rude that ppl feel it’s their fault you have this job.
3) Customer service here sucks, plain and simple it is POOR, I was chastised and warned that this exchange of food would only happen one time… You are correct on that because this person will not be coming here any more but this one time. I will stick to the KFC in East Hartford where they are slightly nicer. If I can the one in Rocky Hill where the Customer service is ten times better, sans the attitude
