Everyone according to the previous reviews have had their share of madness with this place. After getting my oil change at Lynnes Hyundai, I asked where can I go to get a tire fixed and they recommended Quality. Larry at the counter seems friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting for my car a customer came in and Larry addressed her by name and it so happens that customer has been going there for as long as Larry has been working there which is approx 13 years. They seem honest and I guess time will tell.

A few months later, I’m still confused. Here’s my Unfortunate Series of Events: I purchased deals for wheel alignment, oil change, tire rotation. Made an appointment, drove 20 minutes and brought the car in, picked the car up, everything was fine. The next day I noticed noises coming from my car– the sound that my car wasn’t aligned correctly. I called back the next day and asked if the alignment job was done. THEOWNERTOLDMEHEDIDN’T KNOW. He did not know if my alignment was actually fixed. HUH? He told me to bring it back and he’d make sure it was done. Brought the car back in the next day, the owner apologized, gave me my keys, and I was on my way… for about 10 feet. He gave me the wrong car keys. I had to go back, and knock on the door for a few minutes until he heard me, and get the right key. The owner was SUPER nice, but not knowing if you worked on a car? Yikes. I suggest adding the word«Kinda» before the business name,
