Gave it another chance. Again — filthy dirty and coffee machines out of order, checkout lines very long because there is only one or two registers open. They may be printing money here but I don’t think this is the kind of store that QC has in mind as they continue to expand in NJ. Low Standards at this location.

Don’t come here late at night unless you want to see patrons not in their ‘right state of minds’. Kids«hang out» in the parking lot in the summer time after school/night with their skateboards or loud cars blasting louder music. Their $ 3 sandwiches are alright when you are able to get the right person to make it.

So slow. The workers are more interested in talking to their friends than helping customers. Anthony but quick. Would have been faster to drive to Wawa.

I give 5 Stars to Ouick Check because of there. Outstanding service that they give to the customers. Shelves are always stocked well the store appearance always kept tidy. It makes you feel good when you enter the store. You don’t mind ordering a sandwich or a cup of soup.

After seeing a bill board I decide to try out Quick Chek’s Deli Section and I am glad I did. They make some good sandwiches and they are reasonably prices. You would expect sandwiches like that form a major spot. They had a screen which they give you options of types of bread or wraps, toasted, non toasted, dressings, toppings and the whole bit and then it prints out your ticket and they make your sandwich and you pay up front using your ticket and come back with your receipt and pick it up. Definitely will be back

Bloomfield, Clifton, Belleville, Newark, Harrison, Kearny, Passaic, Wanaque, and Rahway just to name a few I have been to. Bloomfield Q. C has a sitting area a nice row of newspapers and magazines. They now offer smoothies, lattes and other frozen drinks. I bring my cup get my refill of coffee then order my Greek salad minus the black olive. On days I am not in a sandwich salad mode I get a soup or chili chicken noodle soup to be more specific. This Q. C is 1 of the larger ones I have been to Newark is also big an offer a sitting area. Swipe my card get some cash if needed from ATM which I rarely do cause I don’t carry cash. The weekdays mornings yes they are busy sandwiches and salads being made by 3 people. Now the weekend evenings are the worst 1 person making sandwiches 1 cutting cold cuts. On Saturday late afternoon or early evening wife and I wanted a frozen white chocolate coconut drink the wait would’ve been to long so we canceled our order and was leaving when I spotted Hip Hop legend Vinnie. We shook hands and then we departed.

See, I love quick cheks. I respect them. But this one is awful. Last night I waited 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Only one guy was working and he seemed new. I also bought chocolate chip cookies that were labeled sugar cookies. If anyone had allergies that could’ve been a lawsuit! They just seem really understaffed here.

Some young douche kid who works in the deli needs a foot up his rear end, and a slap across his mouth. He sucks!!!

Fairly large, clean facility with a seating area and fresh, delicious sandwiches. The soups are good too. You can even check out the menu online before going there to order. It’s open 24 hours and has a large parking lot.

If you haven’t tried their cookies you are missing out. It sounds silly because it’s a pit stop joint but ohhhhh lordddd. Hot chocolate cookies and peanut butter cookies are unstoppable. QC has good deals all year round. Right now they are selling $ 3 sandwiches, the size are pretty reasonable. I use to come here often when I was younger. Late nights a lot of local high school kids hang out there. The staff are friendly, they usually don’t kick anyone out unless you’re being a real dick.

Designed a little better then any other Quick Check I’ve been to. Decent large sitting area to eat your food read a book or surf on there wifi. Pretty clean when I went at night. It almost seemed liked the go to place around 11pm because the parking lot was pretty full. No complaint just a nicer bigger quick check. Staff was nice too.

I go to the Quick Chek in Bloomfield on a regular basis but lately I have noticed the seating area to be very messy and untidy. Sometimes the garbage is overflowing and the tables are not wiped down on a regular basis. You have to literally find an associate to wipe down the table. The check out lines are also longer than usual. Sometimes there are two cashiers, and there are 7 – 8 people in line. Also one of the cashiers is usually attending to lottery which sometimes takes a great deal of time. I understand everyone is cutting back on employees and trying to get by with as few workers as possible however, one of the attractions of Quick Chek is to get in and get out as quickly as possible. If I am going to wait in line for an extended period of time, I will go to Shop Rite where the prices are much better.

Why review a convenient store? Because their sandwiches and soups, especially their tomato garlic soup, are AWESOME! And for the price? You can’t beat it. Sandwiches are under $ 5 and the big bowl of soup is under $ 3. Their store packed chocolate chip cookies used to be soft, but now they’re as hard as a rock. Not sure what happened there, but who cares? Bottom line: I like to go here just for the soups and sandwiches. Everything else is just as overpriced as any other convenient store.

Oh Quick Chek, how you tug at my heart! What else can I say more about this chain of awesomeness. Whatever time of the day, Quick Chek is always a sandwich away! I’ve come in at 7:30 in the evening or 2:30 in the morning and I have never walked out of the store disappointed. For all the people that work at this place, keep up the good work!

The coffee is always fresh & the service is pretty nice too. This is a busy store so bread is made several time a day, great place just to sit & read your paper.

I suppose the best part about this place is the coffee. They do rotate in fresh coffee constantly, and they have a nice setup to add a vast variety of creams and sweeteners. A few years back they had a much smaller location that they basically razed and then built a much larger store at the same location. This allowed them to offer a greater array of products, and it also allowed them to open more registers to make things even more convenient. Unfortunately, the economy has seemed to hit them as well, and they have cut back on cashiers which can leave them with longer than acceptable lines at peak times such as lunch. Overall, a decent convenience store that’s a step-up from 7 – 11 up the street.

My go to coffee shop and convenient store. No Fee ATM brings me in there all the time. Sandwiches are ok and I have them in a pinch. I dont understand why they don’t cut the sandwich meat per order anymore. I just hate pre-cut cold cuts. The soups are from a can and sometimes sit there for hours with people snooping in them. So spin the wheel and pray you don’t land on food poisoning.
