Nice quick wash but sign says $ 4.67 and I was charged $ 6. ??? I didn’t say anything, I just won’t go back.

this place is only okay. The ad wash gets off most the stuff, but multiple times some stuck on tree stuff or bird crap isn’t cleaned off. Decent price for a quick wash off but it’s never great. And they kept their winter hours sign up all summer. How hard is it to switch a sign twice a year?

Fast, attentive and good service. My baby was shining at a distance! The interior was properly cleaned and smelled great. They were very specific in removing all the beach sand I had from the day before!

AVOID at all costs. I had an oil change and car wash on 6÷12÷15 and paid around $ 40. I waited for about half an hour, and was then back on the road. After 20 minutes of being on a major highway, smoke started pouring out of the hood from my engine. I pulled over and got a tow.
The next day, I took my car to a dealership that I have regularly been using for over 2 years. After taking a look at the mess Robin Hood Car Wash created; the dealership told me that the employee at Robin Hood had over-​filled the motor oil and broke my camshaft cover.
Robin Hood Car Wash does not employ knowledgeable mechanics. If you fancy an alternative to burning money — take a drive over to Robin Hood Car Wash.

went there for there oil change/​car wash deal, called first they said there wasn’t a wait, so I brought it in, it took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change, and wash, then when they were finished, it still had bug splats and bird doo on the window. far form happy with them.

I have been coming here since I was 17 when I first got my license. I have nothing bad to say about this car wash, the staff is friendly and they do a good job consistently. If I ever had a problem or they maybe missed something, they were apologetic and got right to it. The prices are reasonable, the hours and the location are all convenient. No complaints here.
Going today to get the salt and dirt off my car. Thanks, Robinhood!

Came here today Nov 6, 2014 and it was closed for and oil change… hmmm. hope this place is open tomorrow. Will update my review. Place is owned by an older white gentleman… hope he is okay too.

NEVER AGAIN.
I’ve been to Robin Hood several times and they always have done a good job both with the exterior and interior. I won’t, however, be going back.
I took my car there yesterday. I pulled in and asked for the deluxe, which the sign said was $ 11 — basically exterior plus windows and vacuuming. The man said, «What’s deluxe, you mean inside and outside?» I said «whatever deluxe is, the vacuuming, all that.» He said, «Okay, okay,» took my $ 15, and came back with a receipt. I asked (politely), «I’m sorry, shouldn’t I get $ 4 change?»
He snapped at me: «Change? What change? You said you wanted this. It’s $ 15!» I said, «I asked for the deluxe, it’s $ 11.» He took my receipt, crumpled it up, and threw it on the floor angrily. I said, «Excuse me, this is really no big deal. We had a miscommunication. It’s not worth getting this upset over.» He said, «You said this. You told me this.» He then tried to correct it in the register; he couldn’t. He went to get the manager who walked him through it. He tried again, and had to get the manager again. Then he huffed over with my $ 4.
Look, it’s a car wash — I don’t expect someone to greet me in a tuxedo and hand out bon-​bons while I wait. But at the very basic level, there is absolutely no reason why someone should be so rude, angry and obnoxious to customers. I did not treat him that way and did not deserve it in return. Had there been any way to turn my car around, I would have done so and left.
There are plenty of other car washes in the area; I won’t be returning to this one.

SO disappointing. Left my car for hours for detailing. Discovered that the places I wanted and expected to be cleaned had not been; between the gear shift, the vents, controls, mirrors, cup holders, etc. It didn’t even look like there was any effort made. Paid over $ 100 for what appeared to be a glorified car wash.

I go here regularly for oil changes for last 8 years! Guys have competitive prices for Synthetic Oil change. They have Valvoline and Mobil 1. It’s cheaper than the dealership and they are efficient! In and out in 10 minutes, For the busy person in the go… this can’t be beat! This place is legit. They aim to please and honor small requests free of charge for me. No tire rotation though. Oil change comes with a free car wash. Car wash is outside only but cheap and great to blast salt off car in winter months.

Local car wash in Bloomfield Center. This car wash is for when you’re too lazy to get out of the car. Because you pay from your car and never leave through the whole wash/​dry process. They don’t vacuum (there is a coin operated vacuum to the side) and they have to dry you quick as there is another car coming out right behind you, Good for a quick wash when you need to get the salt off your car.
