Their online shopping is the worst buying experience ever! I checked to see if an item was available and was ked to believe it was. I placed the order and received an email stating it was not available and my card would not be charged. Well they charged my card and now I am reporting this to my bank’s fraud department. Staples sucks!

This is the worst experience. The store has no stock on the shelves. The two women behind the counter stood there and watch me shop. I bought a set of wireless phones. And not one of them came over to see if I needed help. THE LAST TIME I WILL GO INTO THAT STORE. I will go to Office Max or Office Depot

The staff at the copy center are totally useless. I had to wait until the representative finished talking with her friend about some party for 10 minutes, then was helped. I needed two booklets bound. She looked at me confused… Went over to the back to ask another girl if she could do it. I heard them both say they didn’t know how to bind a package of paper… Please save a trip and go to another store.

Ok. I had to go in for my boss and make color copies. To my surprise there was a copy of a church flyer on the back of my copies. I can’t make this stuff up. They continue to fail miserably. Ugh

I come to this location cause it is close and convenient since I live in area but I have had it. I’d rather drive out 30 min from my home and be inconvenience than to deal with the lack of customer service they offer in this location. My last visit I wait almost 10 min to be greeted and another 30 min to send off ups as associates walk back and forth! No one said I’ll be with you shortly sorry for the wait… (and it wasn’t even busy)

Convenient location. I frequent it when I have some UPS to ship. I also go there when I need something laminated. Typical Staples.
