I went in for a simple trim of my undercut and the middle aged blonde lady that everyone else has mentioned in their reviews managed to cut chunks of long hair despite me asking her to properly clip and pull my hair back. It’s completely uneven. I will be wearing my hair down for a while.
My girlfriend also got a trim and she chopped the top super short but left the sides and back long and scraggly. I will be recutting her hair tonight.
Middle aged blonde lady with scary pink lipstick really sucks.

Ever since my barber of 20 years got too old to cut hair and I had to find another place to get my buzz I’ve discovered this Supercuts in Belleville. First off my hair grows like crazy so I get a clean up every 6 weeks or so and that’s why I wanted to find a reliable place where I can get the right cut all the time. Thankfully this Supercuts does it. Props to my professionals Cindi, Geri, and Laila. These three amazing women have given me a cut at one time or another. Number 0.5 for the trimmer, fade up, round out the back, free cut the top, blend, complimentary eyebrow trim, hot towel for a refreshing feel, and off I go on my merry way. In and out in under 20 minutes and all for $ 14. That’s what I call service. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. Hopefully you’ll be as happy as I am.

I’ve been going to this place for over a year. Wait times can vary but advise to use app to check in before coming. On day I went they were not so busy but something happened to credit card machines so they were doing cash only. I had already bought the 4 cuts for $ 40 deal but they would not honor it even though I had $ 30 credit on it and they could of easily written my info down to process later. They told me that someone MAY be in 2 hours later and might be able to fix it but no guarantees. This treatment ended up losing them a loyal customer. I would never go back again

I have been coming to this SuperCuts for the past year, and maybe it’s because I’m easy to please but I do not have any issues with this place. Each time I go they are polite and listen to you. They do a nice job and I rarely have any mishaps. I think the only major goof I encountered was the time they cut my sideburns unevenly, but I just adjusted it at home. For the $ 14 it ran me it’s not bad.

This Supercuts is freaking horrible. I went here 20 minutes before they were closing
and it was a bad idea. I have long hair and I like it covering my ears and off my neck. I told the middle-aged woman with the blonde hair but she wasn’t listening to a word and even asked me if I’m working and what gel I use when I told her a few minutes prior. I told her what I wanted but she completely cut off my hair and gave me a short haircut. Luckily my hair grows pretty quick but because of that, I stopped her, just paid which I actually shouldn’t have, and did not leave a tip. I always leave a tip but this time I didn’t. If you do go, I assume get a young girl or something; like 18 – 30 perhaps. Also, after this hurricane goes away, I’m actually going to go in there to tell the manager to complain and I’ve never gone in before to complain.

These people are horrible! Do not go there. These people messed up my fiancées hair in March! It took weeks to grow out the crooked part in the back of his neck, which was extremely noticeable. The girl never even apologized for it after showing it to him. His fault for not putting on his glasses on to see it before he left. I wouldn’t have paid for it.
