I have lived here for 3 years. The property is great and well maintained. The management and the maintenance staff are really friendly.
Moreover, the property has an excellent business center, and gym. The pool is amazing during the summers.
I think the Hawthorne is the best apartment complex in the area.

Beautiful complex of apartments. Bordering Gillette Ridge Golf Course you have a view of some greens and fairways from most of the apartment balconies. A full gym, community pool that it kept clean with strict user guidelines, and a great area to study for students (computers, printers, paper) resources included. I do understand the 1 star review here because from what I understand it is EXTREMELY expensive to live here. I’m not sure if one can use the phrase «you pay for what you get» but this is not an all inclusive lease. You must pay for all extra accommodations. To their benefit, the apartments have high ceilings, modern looks, and a home-​style feel. Facilities are very clean, and people are friendly! 5 stars for the looks and luxury, 3 starts overall for the price! Save your money people, I’ll enjoy the Hawthorne by visiting my friends, not living here!
