Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is ok, food tastes fine. But the problem is the service, I stop by here quite often in a morning to grab a coffee, and many times I stand there for like 5 minutes and no one come serve me?!! I see a few people standing not far from me walking, talking, but why no one come take the order? Is it because I am only person waiting so you don’t need to take care?

Very BAD customer service !!! Both MANAGER’S and WORKERS show no sense of customer service. Just went in and was ignored by a worker to take my order and as another worker came from the back of the kitchen I was directed by the first worker just go to that register. By the way I was not even given any eye contact at all

Dirty, Understaffed No cashiers Long Lines, Filthy Bathrooms… Nothing To What Wendy’s Used To Be… Needs To Be Renovated

I come to this place all the time, the price is so much lower compare to other Wendy’s stores. Good environment.

This Wendy’s is pretty good but has some of the slowest drive thrus. I am actually writing this review as am working in line so that tells you something. I feel the breakfast line is far worse especially considering that people are in a rush. Even ordering off the value menu which should be fast it is not.

Nice place to stop by its a clean place lots of people come here sometimes it’s crowded its right off of Bloomfield Avenue next to Staples n Deals. I love the dark roasted coffee. Family fun night is magic every Tuesdays 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. They have hotspot wifi

Eh, this place is really a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is fresh, fast and delicious. And sometimes the food is greasy, burnt, and slow. Some employees are very sweet and some need to seriously get their attitudes checked. It’s also not in the best area and frequently there are shady individuals hanging around the building both inside and out. So, I would just go through the drive thru if you can or order your food inside and take it to go. I always get weird feelings when I’m around this Wendy’s, so I just say, get your food fast and get out of there. Also– try not to use the drive thru at night because it always seems to have a huge line of cars ordering and the line moves pretty slow.

Just like any other Wendy’s. however, I would advise to avoid the drive thru. They only have one lane and pending on the day and time the line can be extremely long. You’re better off parking and going inside.

Hello there, if you never went to Wendy’s well you have to. Wendy’s fries are the best the #1 fries than any resturant that serves fries. Writing this review makes me want to check it out

Nice Wendy’s that’s been around forever… always clean and quick service. Drive thru is the only downside as it can be very slow.
