I have had great visits with the NP’s there. They will give you appointments last minute and are very nice to work with.

My two daughters have been seen here since they were born as well. Kristin Klocker, PA, as stated in the 1^st review, truly is amazing. She remembers my older daughter at each visit and always asks her questions, even if it’s only my youngest daughter’s visit. I feel like I can trust her — that if something isn’t a big deal and that I’m an overreacting mother, she’ll let me know =) Dr Han was there when I gave birth both times, and I’ve seen him occasionally, but we primarily see Kristen. Dr Han is always nice when passing by the girls though — he and the nurses always have those stickers ready to dish out! My kids never leave crying =)

I have been taking my daughter here since she was born. We see NP Christine and she is awesome. She’s patient and takes the time to explain things, and listens to our needs. She offers great advice and she is always well informed.
The other Doctor here is Doctor Han, who is a good Pediatric doc, but he has an accent so it is a bit more difficult communicating. Although, kudos to him, he does take the time to get his point across. I remember during an early baby appointment he drew us a diagram on the bed tissue paper, hehe. It was very helpful.
The office is clean and the rooms are kid friendly with wall stickers everywhere (different theme per room). They usually have some cartoons or kid show playing in the lobby.
The hours are good, open Weekdays and Saturdays. Kids can get a sticker on the way out, and getting an appointment is generally pretty quick. The staff is friendly and great with kids.
