This place sucks don’t ever go here to get your phone fixed. They quoted me 130 $ then tried charging me extra because my phone was bent which I totally understand but come to find out he broke my front camera and he said the only way he could fix it he would have to charge me extra 70 $!!! I never Unilocal but this guy needs to learn how to have better customer service this place needs to be shut down

This place needs to be shut down and I will do everything I can to try to do just that.
Anita at the counter quoted my wife $ 110 to replace just the glass which is all we wanted done. They never called my wife to ask to replace the entire screen so when she went back in there 3 hours later the phone was done and Shane wanted $ 158. My wife was like no it was $ 110. He kept her phone till she paid the amount and called security to escort her out of the mall. Then she realizes at home the screen is defective. I went to Stratford to talk to them and the girl Anita told me she talked to my wife and she approved the work. Then she changed her story and said she left a voicemail. Then she changed her story again and said the owner talked to them not her. She showed me the caller id and all the calls were after they were kicked out of the mall. I asked why he said cash only when they had a credit card machine. He also never gave her a receipt and smiled at my wife while she was upset rather than fixing the situation. They refused to refund me any money and called security on me. So I waited for security who told me they get a lot of complaints about always cellular and told me to call operations manager at the mall. STAY AWAY!!!

Was shopping around in the mall and my girlfriend has a cracked screen so I saw this place and figured we might as well get it done even though I knew other places would be cheaper. He said let me see the phone looked at it for a little bit and said 115, we negotiated to 100 and he said give me about 30 minutes. Came back after 30 minutes and the phone was apart on the counter and he was talking to another customer okay no problem, I’ll come back. 15 more minutes come by, still not working on the phone. Stand at the counter for 5 minutes finally he says sorry will be done in 15… oh and you need a home button that is an extra $ 50. Wait what?! There was obviously no home button when I handed him the phone and we agreed upon $ 100, this was price gouging to the T. He rudely said do you want a home button or not. We argued for some time and he threatened to call security on me lol, I said please do. Pretended to call security and gave me my phone back in 2 pieces and no camera. I now have to pay not only for the screen but also a camera that he said was not there when he took it apart (LIE). So now that we are missing another part probably just as the screen I’ll probably end up paying $ 150 to get it fixed somewhere else but I really don’t care as I would never give a dime to these thieves.
Honestly felt like I was being swindled at little side shop on the side of the street in a third world country STAY AWAY.

Rude harassing guy runs the booth downstairs. Acts like a sleazy used car salesman, thinks he’s using some great sales tactics and is very rude and condescending. Forget about customer relationship, no person should be talked to by another person the way this guy does. Not to mention he grabs your phone and bangs it against his counter to show how good his case his. By the way, all the cases are available on Amazon and 3 – 4 times cheaper. This booth shouldn’t be allowed in the mall.
