Avalon Bloomingdale

I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I love it! Everyone is extremely friendly, the property is well kept and the apartments are very homely. I have used the maintenance staff and they are very responsive as well; they fix the problem in less than an hour after I called in. Overall it’s a great place to live and I highly recommend it!

My husband an I have lived here for a year now. It’s not our first apartment rental, but it’s the best by far.
I have lived at other so called «luxury» apartments in New Jersey before. Let me tell you, Avalon Bloomingdale truly lives up to the «luxury» standard.
The front office staff, namely Anjanette and Meghan are so helpful with everything from dry clean arrangement to signing for packages. They always have my packages ready as I walk in the door. It’s incredible. When needed, they offer to drop them off at my door as well. I never need to worry about missing a delivery or going to the post office to pick up packages anymore. I think this is a perk I can’t live without!
Maintenance has fast turnaround as well. Things are usually fixed within the same day of a request, which is very rare for any community.
The facility is wonderful. They have a really nice pool, a sizable gym, and nicely decorated lounge.
People are always pleasant and helpful. I have experienced some impeccable customer services living here!

I love my apartment, it’s big, light, and has plenty of storage. I love the big windows and the terrace. The fact that the complex is pet friendly was a big plus for me. The gym and pool are great perks.
Anjanette and Meghan in the management office are top notch. They are friendly, helpful, and are very professional.
The guys in maintenance are so helpful. When I first moved in I needed help hanging curtain rods. Pete was there the next day hanging them just like I wanted. Adam and the rest are great. You just have to call and they are there.

My wife and I moved to this community in June. We have found the front office staff to be very pleasant, helpful and professional. Their facilities team (the head of maintenance, John and his two team members, Peter and Adam) are phenomenal! They made our initial move in, then transition to a larger, two-​bedroom apartment quite easy. They handled small, yet important requests without any hesitation, or acceptance of anything other than a hearty «thank you». Having on site facilities staff ²⁴⁄₇ is a big benefit; having knowledgeable and professional people like these three gentlemen make the transition from a house to a rental apartment feel like you have your brother in law available help fix any issue. A special «thanks’ goes to all three! Overall, great teamwork, great apartment complex and great location. Extremely easy getting to/​from route 287 and 23.
