Best stuffed pizza ever!!! I had spinach stuffed pizza and it was so good. The sauce is great the crust is like no other and I order more so I have leftovers. I can’t wait to eat it again.

Stuffed pizza is the way to go. I didn’t realize that I don’t really like deep dish as much as I like the stuffed pizza. This does not come cheap as one pizza cost over $ 30 which is a little bit surprising given other options such as Gino’s East. Although this restaurant doesn’t really allow you to eat in our pizza was ready by the time it was promised it was promised there’s plenty of toppings with the stuffed pizza crust was a little bit soggy but it wasn’t excessively thick pizza. This would’ve been heavenly if I can be eaten at fresh their. I wish they would run some promotions to make the pizza cheaper
Pros: Great stuffed pizza even better than deep dish.
Cons: Expensive and cools off very easily on the drive home

I love Giordano’s and this location doesn’t disappoint! I only wish it had a dine-​in, I like to go out for pizza more than I like to take-​out, especially this type of pizza.

Pizza was good, however they said it would be ready in 45 min, wasn’t ready for 90minutes. I felt so stupid standing around. Maybe they were having a bad day, seems like they have a lot of rough customer service days.

I love Giordano’s, it is one of my favorite pizza places. We were so excited when a location opened by us but unfortunately their customer service and management is the worst and we will not be returning. Do yourself a favor either go to a different location or order Lou’s instead.

Terrible service… The cashier was rude after they dropped the ball on my order. My boyfriend called in, they said 25 min, we showed up 30 min after and the pizza wasn’t even being prepared because we saw them prepare it. The lady up front exact words were «well we are busy what do you want me to do, I can call a manager» great customer service (sarcasm). The manager on duty offered a free appetizer, if we wanted an appetizer we would have ordered one so we wanted our money back and cancel the order to go to Lou’s (where we would have order from in the first place); he said he could not do that so we got screwed and now we are pissed off. Great way to remind me why we don’t order or fine at Giordano’s anymore…

We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad to pick-​up from this location on Friday, 12÷04÷15. We regularly order pizzas from this location, and this time we ordered a medium deep dish cheese pizza and a small deep dish pizza with bacon and garlicky broccoli on it (side note: TRY THE GARLICKY BROCCOLI ON YOUR PIZZAS IMMEDIATELY.) The pizzas were both correctly prepared and very delicious as always. Unfortunately, the same can not be said about our chopped salad. We had ordered our chopped salad with the blue cheese and scallions on the side. The salad we received not only had blue cheese and scallions on it, but it also came with blue cheese dressing instead of the honey mustard dressing that was supposed to accompany it! It’s a shame because the lettuce and other toppings all looked very fresh and delicious, but the salad was just ruined for us. I called the store to alert them of their mistake, and they said that they mixed our salad up with another group’s order and offered me a $ 10 credit on my account for next time. Because of that error I would say this particular instance was not a 4-​star experience, but due to the management offering us a credit and our experience at Giordano’s usually being very good I felt generous and decided to give them the 4 stars and the benefit of the doubt that this won’t happen again.

regardless of my bad experience, I was glad to quickly hear back from management’s concern to make my future orders better. We will see what happens but its always good to hear back

The pizza is definitely delicious and we order it to be delivered all the time.
The woman who took our order must’ve been half asleep. We told her we wanted a «large stuffed pizza with half sausage».
She put us on hold for a minute, came back and said: «we can’t do just half with cheese only cause we put other ingredients in it».
I paused so I wouldn’t laugh out loud. I told her I wanted a stuffed pizza with half being sausage. I said you make it like this all the time. Told her to make the pizza like they always make and just put sausage on half of it. I felt like I was talking to a robot who doesn’t know how pizzas are made. She actually thought we wanted CHEESE ONLY on half of it! Wow…
Lastly when I asked her if she understood she told me the price of the pizza. I asked her again if she understood and she quoted me the length of the delivery time. I finally asked her a 3^rd time and she repeated it back properly.

Delivery was after time expected. When I called to check on the pizza they asked me if I wanted to pick it up since they were running behind. When I asked why so long they said their delivery time increased after she got off the phone with me. All it takes is communication. Call me back and tell me I would have come there 45 mins ago to get it.

The five stars are for the deep dish spinach pizza! I have ordered the deep dish spinach pizza twice from this location and was satisfied each time. The crust is a light dough with a mild flavor which helps bring out the tomato flavor of the sauce, the spinach is fresh and delicious and the cheese is a perfect blend of goodness. This is my favorite spinach pizza! Each time I ordered this pizza I had different people eat the pizza with me and it was a HIT with everyone!

Such great pizza, and the service is even better! I got a thin crust cheese and it was cooked perfectly. The cashier who helped me was so nice too. I will definitely be going back to this location!

Best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was layered like a cake and although we ordered it to-​go and waited until we got back to the hotel to eat it, it was still piping hot 30 minutes later. I almost freaked out when I found out I could have one shipped to my home. Hands-​down the best pizza on earth!

Great thin crust pizza… Staff is polite… This location is primarily for take out only as the dining room is only 3 tables and a counter.

Sorry to say. Will not waste my money here. Better… St. Charles or Streemwood beats this wasteland. Spend well over $ 100 here. Not anymore

My sister ordered deep dish large sausage & cheese pizza. Was terrible very bland sauce, very, very little sausage. Nothing but mozzarella cheese. We will never buy anything from Giodano’s again. Will stick to Lou Malnat’s pizza.

Waited 1hr15min for what I was hoping was a going to be the go to family favorite deep dish cheese and sausage pizza. But instead received what I can only describe was like a giant open faced mozzarella stick with little sauce and even less sausage (seriously none). I brought this to the attention of the manager today to see if this was right, and was told there was nothing that he could do, but maybe next time they would do better. Sorry but I’m not spending $ 30 again here hoping you’ll get it right.

Had a taste for one of their stuffed pizzas recently as it had been a few years. A family member is on a gluten-​free diet and said they could eat everything but the crust.
Upon cleaning up their plate, I noticed this pizza is about 40% crust. The pizza tasted good but IMO there is too much crust.

Called in an order for pick up. Jordan was super friendly. I ordered a medium stuffed sausage with half mushroom half onion. The crust is awesome, buttery and like nothing else. I also vote this pizza is the Best! There are half a dozen tables inside along with a counter if you decide to stay and eat. This location also has a nice clean décor. Can’t wait to try their new stuffed eggplant and ricotta pizza!
