Last chance this Rosati’s stinks. Poor service on the phone, delivery and pick-up. Crappy taste to the food and nobody is properly trained. Try Pronto’s in Bloomingdale. Great food. Not hit and miss like new owner Rosati’s that have no restaurant experience.

As all pizza eating Chicago suburbanites know all Rosati’s are different. It depends who runs each shop. This location definitely meets and exceeds the Rosati’s standards. Pizza, wings, chicken tenders oh my!!! We just moved into this locations delivery area and we are impressed.(the previous area we lived in we had to avoid Rosati’s) As with most people just moving we ate«ALOT» of take the first week or so as we settled in and this place was a major help. We spent slot of money here feeding our family and the love ones that helped us move and unpack and the great tradesmen who did work on our home upon move in. This location obviously recognized how much we spent and definitely took care of us generously as we continued to order more and more. My husband who worked in his family’s pizza biz was more than impressed. They are our go to place for Football Sunday!!! The only thing that we thought could use a lil improvement was the beef. We only ordered one and it was a bit skimpy and dry, so we haven’t ordered one since. We had a free fries delivered also that wasn’t great but we would usually never order fries from a pizza place so it since they were free it’s not a big deal. Nice phone people 99% of the time. Delivery people are nice as well. We are actually located in an additional Rosati’s delivery zone but we picked this one based on Unilocal reviews and we are happy we did. Defiantly try the bbq wings… Soooo good.

Bloomingdale Rosati’s has good pizza. Without telling my family where I got the pizza, I yelled«suppertime!» And they came running. They said it was the best local pizza we have had in a long time(we had been getting pizza from other Bloomingdale spots). They all said the ingredients were better and so was the sauce. So there you go. Their prices are a bit higher, and I have not seen coupons like the national franchises bombard us with. We will order again and again, but just know you will be spending more…

Think twice before ordering from here. They must have changed ownership because they can no longer get an order right. Ordered a pizza tonight w/cheesy garlic bread. The garlic bread was a mushy pile of cheeses, not even toasted and the pizza slid to one side of the box in a pile. Save your money. Order somewhere else.

Placed an order tonight for delivery and when it arrived the delivery guy seemed very rude and hated his job. I go to open up my order and sure enough my order was missing an item. I called them and they put me on hold and ask if I want credit or for them to deliver like begging I them. The food was not even hot or warm but COLD! Don’t get me started on the wings. It tasted like they just added salt and pepper and then just drenched it in hot sauce, these wings were the worst wings I’ve ever had. This will be my first and last time ordering from Rosati’s. I give everyone a fair warning about this place.

I was psyched when Rosati’s took over this location. The pizza was outstanding, even though a couple times there were minor mistakes on the orders. Unfortunately in the last few months something has changed. The flavor just isn’t there. Don’t know what changed in their recipe, or ingredient quality, but the pizza just falls flat and plain. Really too bad, because it was our go to page since they opened.

The pizza is the classic Rosati’s chain taste. Obviously. Every time i order from here its because we want pizza on a Monday and our favorite pizza place is actually closed Monday’s. Also, every time i order from here there is one thing, at least, wrong with the order. Normally it’s minor but how hard is it to take an order correctly so you make your customers happy? If you ask for cheese to dip for your fries you and get no fries and get a cup of grated parm cheese, that’s kind of sad. Or if you order a large pizza and its literally cut into 6 giant over sized pieces… Luckily i just bought a new pizza cutter on a whim last week! Have a pregnant friend who really needs olives on her pizza? Great but make sure you have the girl repeat your order at least 4 times or you’ll have a crying pregnant friend asking for olives. I have 3 stars instead of 1. For 2 reasons. 1, I’ll not order from here again. It’s just not worth all the boo-boos. Even the little ones. 2, if a guy answers the phone, he gets my order right!(even if they cook it wrong) And if you call to notify them of an error he’s the only one to offer help or to fix it and he’s not the manager. The manager had disregarded my call and didn’t offer any type of compensation for their slip up. I don’t care if some thing is missing or I’m just unhappy with the way my food is cold or cooked, it’s all about customer service. Offer a discount on my next order to encourage me to be a return customer. Send me a new fixed pizza. Anyways, Bravo to the young guy who gets my order right. It’s immensely appreciated.

Fail again tonight… we gave them another chance. 2 of the combos we ordered with hot peppers came dry. No peppers came we never asked for dry. then my wifes sandwich they just forgot. .? We called and they brought us the one they forgot 40 minutes latter but it was just warm as if it was just sitting under the heat lamp for the last 2 hours we had to ask for the peppers. I waited for my wife’s food to arrive to eat so mine was ice cold the bread was hard from sitting out on the table the frys. pretty soggy and weird so we gave a few to the dog and tossed the rest. they put a $ 10 credit on our account.

This place is a mess. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza tonight. A slow Monday night, at 6:30. They told me a 30 – 40 minute wait– No problem. I get there at 7:15 to pick up and the girl at the register can’t find my order. she sends me off thinking I called the wrong place. After double checking, I indeed called THIS place and ordered. Went back in to find both phone number and name were not recorded properly. But now the issue is there is no pizza to be found! There were no pizzas in the oven, none on the rack. The girl at the register and one of the kids in the back said they«lost» the pizza. They were just standing around and not coming up with a solution… Finally I said«can you put another one in on the fly?» At this point, it’s 7:40… The kid puts the pizza in. 7:55 rolls around and he pulls the pizza out. He tried putting it in a smaller box than he should have, and I watched the pizza fold and fall apart as he boxed it. I told him to open it and look. I’m thinking damn this is a nightmare. He put the pizza in a box that fit– I finally get the pizza and bring it home… I open it to find that after all of that… they made a sausage pizza instead of a pepperoni. Unbelievable. These guys make these many mistakes on a dead Monday night? Stop lazing around in the back eating pizza and do things right!!! Where is the manager in all of this? Weak leadership and slow, inconsistent service. With all the pizza joints in a 2 mile radius around here, you need to stay competitive… No competition here. Go to Lou’s.

I’ve never had a problem with this place, today it’s been one thing after another. Our pizza was wrong, tried calling 6 times and never got an answer til the 7th time. They didn’t start cooling the replacement pizza til we got there, told us 10 mins it would be ready. we’ve been waiting over 35 mins and still no pizza. Lots of complaints in there while I was waiting. Some guy ordered and came in 49 mins, when he came in they still had not started his pizza. This place is going down hill fast. I will not recommend this place any longer and anyone I did recommend it to will be told to no longer come here. This is ridiculous! Typed this review while STILL waiting for the pizza, going on 45 mins. Not happy at all.

I’ve enjoyed their thin crust pizzas for years but they are sure getting pricey. Recently ordered a medium thin crust with three toppings for $ 21.50 plus tax? Come on guys, give me a break. Although their medium is a 14 inch size which many places consider as a large. Still disappointed on price versus value. They used to always ask me on the phone if I had any coupons, and if not, they would come up with some kind of coupon that would knock a couple bucks off the price. They haven’t been offering lately. What’s up with that? Also would be nice if they had online ordering. Some of the other Rosatis do.

They continue to make a great pie. Had 12 guys working at my house. Order 3 different pizzas and the boys want more. Keep up the great job. We love it!

We ordered a pizza with three toppings on each side. Asked for crushed red pepper packets. Pizza arrived with two toppings on one side and four on the other, wrong combination, and no crushed red pepper. We called to let them know and they wouldnt do anything about it. Didn’t even apologize.

Oh-me-oh-my. It’s been awhile since I craved pizza. But now with my IIFYM(google it, if you don’t know what I’m talkin’ about) lifestyle, pizza is back on for me. I was always a huge fan of meat. Meat lover’s pizza was my go-to. But considering I want to still fit pizza in my lifestyle, I couldn’t eat the artery-clogging meats like pepperoni and sausage… I know, a travesty. Anywho, since Jen likes veggie, we decided to get the vegetarian deluxe, and it was delicious! The leftovers were delicious too! It had green peppers, mushroom, cheese(of course), and onions. The 14-incher was enough for two people(that’s what she said) with leftovers. Overall, very tasty pizza! BATHROOMREVIEW: We ordered takeout, so didn’t get to sample the bathroom. Maybe next time

Snowpocalypse 2015. We aren’t going anywhere. We ordered a 14″ Veggie = $ 19 + $ 2.50 delivery fee. Totally worth it. I wished we had coupons, but they don’t seem to advertise in local fliers. And last time we wanted pizza and I inquired about specials or promos, the gal on the other end of the phone said there weren’t any. They stapled some to the box tonight though. The pizza was goood: not wet like veggie pizzas can be, and good cheese. No remorse this time and, between the two of us, have ¼ for leftovers. Definitely will order again — this time with coupons!

I’m really wavering between a three and a four here. Rosati’s has been around forever and I have been eating here since I can remember. Recently, they closed down their Lake Street address(which was recently renovated and included three sections: a bar, a dine-in restaurant, and a pick-up area) and opened up a small take-out storefront on Glen Ellyn Road. There are two tiny tables to eat at if you REALLY need to dine in, but it’s really just a pick-up and go type restaurant now. The good: The new location is LITERALLY down the street from me now so I can walk there and pick-up my pizza if I really wanted to.(Hahahahaha…unless I’m drunk, I walk nowhere. But the point is, I COULD.) It is also right next to a liquor store, which we all know goes well with pizza. One stop-shopping is the best. Last, it is really clean and fresh and new, which is always a plus. Pizza-wise, the pizza is good. It is actually a really nice, doughy, thin(but not too thin [or too thick]) crust. The sauce is good and the cheese is decent. The thing that really wins me over at Sati’s though is the sausage and pepperoni are both good if I want to go traditional AND they offer beef and giardiniera as a combo. MYFAVE. The bad: WHATHAPPENED? Why did the other joint close down? It honestly makes me kind of nervous. Roaches? Drug front? Bankruptcy? Who knows. I’m also not sure if their new phones work well as I had to scream my name 3 times to get it heard. They also got the order wrong(ish), but meh, good pizza is good pizza. And so we mangiaed anyway. Overall, you KNOW I’m going to keep going here for my thin crust pizzas when I want something fast and easy(insert joke here).
