I’ve only been here a handful of times but their customer service has been amazing during my last few visits here! The employees at the front of the store were the most helpful and even helped me order the shoes I wanted in my size since they weren’t available in store! (With free shipping and added a coupon they had handy and the register!) Then, as I went back in to exchange sizes (as the size I ordered was too small) they easily ordered me a new size with no extra charge! Free shipping when you sign up for their free rewards program :)

Great selection, nice and friendly service. There was a guy who was announcing the sales over the speakers. It was a flash special — buy one ladies sandal get one free. That was kind of nice. That way you won’t miss out on the sale.
I went in for a kid’s summer shoe. They had a nice selection but it was a bit pricey. I spent $ 50 on a sneaker but ended up returning it today. It lit up and played a song when you tap the toes. Very cute, but it’s just too pricey for something the kids will quickly tear up and out grow.

2 weeks ago I bought my son a pair of gym shoes. This past week I picked him up from school and the velcro strap had ripped off one of his shoes. We drove over to Shoe Carnival and explained the situation. They helped us find a replacement pair and exchanged them without the slightest hassle. Excellent Customer Service.

Usually not a fan of this store but was in here over the weekend and got some great deals. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. 4 pairs of shoes for under $ 200 THANK YOU!

I don’t like shopping here very much. The place is seriously a carnival. The store has so many shoes here that it’s hard to fin what you need. The prices are pretty much the same you’ll find anywhere else.
