I would say I’m a loyal T-​Mobile user. Never really had a problem with there service… until I went to this store. Takes forever to get someone to help. I felt these people had no clue what was going on and had no customer service skills. The guy that helped me was a complete jerk. I bought an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 5c. I asked for a screen protector on both phones but instead of placing two different size protectors on each phone (since they both have different screen sizes) he cut the iPhone 6 protector and placed it on the 5. Obviously it looked awful and I asked for a refund but he wouldn’t give it to me. I mean, who does this. Now my iPhone 5c has a screen protector that barely stays on and looks completely janky

Slowest place I’ve even been to! Wait 45 minutes just to pay a bill! They need a bigger place with more workers!

Wow. worst experience. I bought the iphone 6plus, put a $ 200.00 payment, mind you the district manager ANGELA was helping me. She claimed my installment payments would be $ 15.00 I look at my recipt 12 days later, this woman did not lower my installment payment. She instead left my installment payments for $ 30.00 a month, meaning she rung up my phone and then added my $ 200.00 later. I drove back to the store returned my phone and rebought, it however they now charged me $ 58.00 for «taxes». I called tmobile and they told me that they refunded the money back. Clearly these people dont know how to run a business. oh btw when this was all happening, the district manager Angela did not come up to me and apologize for HER MISTAKE, she instead told her employees what to do when it came to my phone. Because of all the errors this particular store gave me, the loyalty department didnt even know what they did and why. They gave me credits on my bill, and took all my info down. I would never buy anything from this store, former employees have told me how they are. would not recommend

Slowest service ever. You need more than two people working when it’s prime time. Go across the street to the mall or another store if you don’t want to wait an hour
