I got my hair cut by Beth Shaw. She’s new to 10 salon and Bloomington. I was nervous because I have short hair that is sometimes curly and sometimes straight. Basically, it has a mind of it’s own. Pile on top of that I don’t like to spend time on my hair. I need a cute cut that I can just wash and go. Beth gave me a fabulous cut! I love it and I’ll definitely be going back.

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. It took an hour and 45 min and they had to give it to me for free. I will absolutely never go back there. The manicurist also dropped a tool on the ground, picked it up and continued to use it. Then she had to call someone over to completely redo my top coat. SO BAD

Just got a haircut here, and it was probably one of the worst Ive experienced. I’d highly recommend against it, as the barbers there seem to not have any ideas about the basics of hair cutting.
