My former roommate got married yesterday, and had sent her dress to A Perfect Fit for alterations. All of our bridesmaid dresses as well. Some of the dresses had been altered as promised, but one girl’s dress had not been altered AT ALL even though she had had a fitting and was expecting the side seams to be taken in.
The cherry on the cake of bad service was, when we were in the process of lacing the bride into her dress, the lining of the dress still had pins in it and had not been hemmed! And she had to pay for this? What an unpleasant wedding day surprise.
The lady was really nice and despite the fact that the dresses that did get done were done well, I absolutely can’t recommend that other people take their important outfits here.
