I have to echo Lindsay. All the Bloomington Arby’s have the same owner. I wrote an email after a horribly wrong order at the east side location and the owner mailed coupons for two free combos. Great customer service!

I wrote a long, dramatic e-mail to Arby’s manager when they got my order wrong at the drive-thru. I wanted a roast beef n cheddar and curly fries, but what I got was a junior roast beef and a baked potato. I hate their baked potatoes so I was lamenting how I was badly craving their curly fries and wrote of my deep disappointment to get a baked potato instead. Usually restaurants ignore my whining and let it go, but not this kind manager. She wrote me back and told me I could bring my receipt in and get the meal I’d originally ordered. AND, she gave me two coupons for free meals in the future! That’s great customer service. I approve, Arby’s, and thank you!

It’s Arby’s. Like all the other places called Arby’s. In my fast-food rankings, it’s at or near the top. Better than McDonalds, Wendy’s, Burger King, etc. But it’s still just fast food. So on that scale, it’s a 4-star fast food experience to me.
