Athleta

I spend A LOT of money at Athleta– in fact I love the brand so much I run a Facebook site dedicated to it. Well today a friend and I were shopping at the MOA site and she brought 10 items into the dressing room to try on. During her time in the fitting room she gave the woman «helping» her 2 items she knew she didn’t want and asked for one additional item in a nother size. When she left the fittting room this «employee» counted her items– knowing she brought 10 in and seeing she only had 9 in return (do the math– she started with 10, gave her 2 and took 1 in return: 10−2+1=9). Aparently this simple math was more than this rude employee could handle because she more or less drilled my friend accusing her of stealing an item of clothing. Little did she know my friend was planning on spending a few hundred dollars that day as was I. The really sad thing is this employee never even realized her lack of math skills and ended up insulting not only one but two loyal customers who tend to spend way too much when we’re in the store. Needless to say that is the last time I set foot in that Athleta location. Their employees need a 101 in customer service for sure!!!
