Always good. Matt d. The lanky ones are the fast ones, you couldn’t ride circles around anyone in there.

Went in to find out if they had adult training wheels cause my girlfriend wants to learn to ride one. Walking in the door they were quick to greet me and asked how they could help and as soon as I told him his attitude changed to the«you’re an idiot» and acted like I knew nothing about the mechanics of a bicycles and walked away. I could ride circles around that tall lanky rude prick. With customer service like that he or the business won’t last long. I will never step foot in their crap store again unless it’s for lurch to apologize! I’ll stick with having my parts shipped in.

I always drove past the Bicycle Garage, but never actually stopped in. I needed a new wheel on my bike because it was bent out of shape… literally. I felt this place was very honest, cheap and efficient. I didn’t need a fancy wheel as I only ride my bike to get around town; they didn’t overcharge me or try to sell me a wheel I didn’t need. They didn’t have the wheel I needed in stock, so it was ordered and I picked up my bike a few days later. Great place and I would absolutely stop in again if I ever needed anything!

This place was great. Very helpful and knowlegdeable guys. I just wanted my bikes brakes replaced and adjusted. I couldn’t really afford much else, and didn’t want to put in too much money if I might putting it up for the winter. But these guys were quick and got my bike fixed up from gears to the trued wheels. They really fixed it up nice, and only costed me what they estimated. Awesome job.

I have had two repairs at the Bicycle Garage and both were not satisfactory. The first repair was to fix a broken spoke. Immediately after it was fixed, I got a flat tire. Obviously either a spoke poked through and got the tube or there was another issue with the repair. I went back to the shop and asked if they would fix my flat for free. They were rude and suggested that I must have rode over glass and it was my fault. It was only after another employee came over that they agreed to fix it on the house. The second repair was to tighten the back bearings on my wheel hub. I would have done it myself but I do not own cone wrenches. Well low and behold it is still broken and still loose. Take your repair business elsewhere. They are expensive, rude and bike snobs to boot.

With my apparent lemon of a bicycle, I’ve been to quite a few bike shops lately. The Bicycle Garage is now my favorite one… Both of the employees that I interacted with were very friendly and they didn’t try to up-sell me like other places. And even though they sell pretty freaking expensive bikes in there, they weren’t snooty or turn their noses up at my abused bike. The one guy even went into the back and searched through their just-arrived shipment to pull out the seatpost I needed. He installed my seatpost and seat super quickly. The seatpost(+installation?) cost me $ 25 — not bad. The price is right and the service is great. I’ll be going back there from now on. The location is super convenient, too.
