While the carpet quality and price are good, the install quality is TERRIBLE! Not only was it filthy when the installer left, We have giant seams and a gap by the wall. We had the installer come back to fix it (after we had to clean up ourselves) and we are fairly certain he did nothing. We called the store to complain and Brian offered to come out and look at it but never showed up. We would not do business with them again.
