After the way this florist went out of their way for me today they will have my business from now on. I live in the SF Bay Area and usually use FTD in line to send flowers to my Mom in Rialto. This time they screwed up and even though I ordered in advance, no flowers and no possibility until Tuesday… so on Mother’s Day at 2pm, I started desperately calling florists in the Rialto area. After being turned down several times, this florist agreed to get flowers delivered on 2 hours notice. The flowers were beautiful and they were so nice to me on the phone and to my Mom when they delivered them… they sure can teach the folks over at the FTD 800# a few things about customer service. They made my day! I will be calling them directly from now on.

I placed an order a couple days prior to my mother’s birthday (went in store) and then had my boyfriend pick it up the day of her birthday. The arrangement was gorgeous, but there were signs of browning on the flowers which was a bummer. Somewhat pricey also, considering the state the flowers were in but the arrangement was again, gorgeous. I’d say it was okay for a first time, and I might go again for another occasion that’ll require flowers.

Horrible flowers. Never going back again. I spent $ 65 dollars for a bouquet that had more green then flowers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered Flowers from 1800 flowers the flowers that were delivered from bloomingtons were awful. They looked nothing like the picture they didn’t contain all the flowers that were on the website description. The arrangement on 1800 flowers had multiple colors these were only a single color and the worst part they were already weltering and not fresh. They were dead in under 2 days. If this is the quality of arrangements produced I would never order from this company I cant stress how disappointed I was in my arrangement. Seriously its not that hard to at least have flowers that are not already dying. When I showed 1800 flowers a picture of the flowers I received they refunded my money and they never refund so that goes to show how bad they were. With all the companies out there find someone else.

. Delivery date Feb 13, as Feb 14 is always jam packed and half the time my order doesn’t get delivered.
Found out that wife was leaving work early, so had to rush and figure out how the flowers could be delivered before 1 pm. FTD was a waste of space, but after speaking to Geena at Bloomington’s # 1 florist, she assured me the flowers would get delivered to its destination before my wife left for work today. Within an hour, she made it happen!
This is what I call taking ownership and understanding its customers! I’ll be ordering directly from here from now on and screw FTD!
Well done, you’ve got a customer for life here!

Wow this is the best shop for great flowers and Kathy & Ann are amazing people to work with. I have been going to this shop from the time I was 12 and Sunny would have me help out and work off flowers or make a few bucks. I always get the flowers for my grandmother’s birthday here and they are always amazing. After the flowers arrive there I always get the phone call with the biggest smile in her voice. Keep up the GREAT work Kathy & Ann I’ll be talking to you soon.
