Best bmv out there! They’re not a-​holes like in Bloomington. They take the time to talk to you and explain stuff to you.

For a BMV, the service level is amazing. I got out o bed in a Saturday to begrudgingly go to the BMV. may as well say «get out of bed and go to hell…» But not when a stroke of genius hit.
I decided this morning to go to the Elletsville branch. I got there, took my number, and was prepared for my hour wait. I mean, I had some Unilocal reviews to get caught up on…
As soon as I sat down, my number was called by a cheerful woman. I just about died. People aren’t smiling at the BMV. Was thinking a joke?
I did my thang and got the errand done in less than 15 minutes. I know… you think I’m lying.
I left the BMV with a smile on my face!!! Wait a minute. Did the BMV finally get a customer service trainer? This is awesome.
4 stars and not 5 just because the BMV has a stigma I can’t get over.
