If you go, give yourself plenty of time. At what should have been a light traffiic time, I waited 5 minutes to be seated, 12 more to see a waitress, and 15 for my breakfast. Food was as expected — tasty and ample. Coffee refills were slow. On the way out, there were 8 people ahead of me waiting to pay, soon to be joined by 5 behind me, and no cashier in sight. The worst is yet to come. I got home with my to-go coffee, and about ¾ of the way through, something slimy and viscous blocked the sipping hole in the lid! I will not return.

I never want to a Bob Eavens and was not disappointed. they have a larger than expected menu and many good baked items. The service was good despite it appearing to be only two waitresses working the night I went and perhaps the corporate company might want to fix this issue. Not a bad place and beats Denny’s any day

Average food that didn’t really impress me. Id much rather go to Kellers for cheap and fresh made food.

We chose Bob Evans because we were cold and nearby and i always think of hot comfort food when i think of this restaurant. Well… hot food was not served. Actually i think the one meal was just leftovers from lunch. The carrots were mushy and not presentable in my opinion and the baked potato not near done. When asked for the entire meal to be heated it was nuked and dried the fried boneless chicken breast out around the edges. My meal on the other hand was great. I had the portabella burger with swiss and spinach, crunchy fries, and coleslaw. The burger had a great grilled taste unlike other burgers at chain restaurants. The service was awfull! Maybe he would have been better if he wouldnt have been so overwhelmed because of being only one of two waiters there at 4:30. He took drink orders then 5 minutes later you would get them. Back for your order in 10 more minutes. He bussed tables but then never brought your food out. The two that brought the food left and then my mom had to wait to tell someone else her food was cold and she ordered a roll not a biscuit. Then we noticed we had no silverware. The waiter was super friendly but just not very good. The restaurant is slipping everytime i go! I will not be going back! Many other better and cheaper places to try.

I dined at Bob Evan’s last week while I was in town and have been wanting to give my review ever since. I had the Farmers Fresh Chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. The restaurant was very nice and my server Jonathan was delightful. He kept my party and I very happy the entire time. Such a nice gentleman!

I called about 11:30 am on a Sunday and scheduled a 12:30 pm pick up of 2 qts. of cheddar broccoli soup, family chef salad and rolls(only get two with a family sized salad — FYI). I got there just at 12:30(fought about 4, 80 year olds in the parking lot!) and entered into the carry out door. I was greeted by two very kind and cheerful ladies. They asked for my name and checked for my order. Unfortunately, the order nor my name was around. The manager appeared(it was a very busy time of day) and the newly employee register girl told her my name and the situation of not having my order on record/ready, and the manager immediately asked me «Are you sure you didn’t call the other location?» This was a bit off-putting considering I knew I called the IAA drive location. I assured her the order was phoned in correctly. After they collected my order and I paid and left, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed that instead of broccoli cheddar it was potato cheese that I received. I’m taking lunch to a sick mother, and if all she is craving is broccoli cheddar, that is what you order/take! This was extremely irritating considering the hard-time I received from the manager when they couldn’t find the order, let alone the frustration of now having go and retrieve the correct kind after such an initial interaction. When I arrived the young, kind girl at the register asked how she could help me, I told her I just called and that I needed the correct type of soup. The manager was near the staging silverware section, not but 10 feet away, saw me and then moved into the back behind the doors. this was the exact opposite action I would assume a manager would take consider she had interaction with me the first time around, accusing me of calling the wrong location. The kind girl at the register swapped my soup. I ended up purchasing some cinnamon blossoms for my family and paid for them and waited. I don’t frequent Bob Evan’s often(and or good reason now) but it wasn’t until I waited for about 7 minutes that the manager came back over and asked if there as still an issue that I was informed that the cinnamon blossoms were already pre-packaged and not made ready after order. She lackadaisically pointed to a pre-packaged box of 5 in front of the fresh display case and said«um.here are your cinnamon blossoms». I took them embarrassed because I was not told this was how they were packaged nor that I was waiting for nothing until just then. Overall, I would not be likely to return to this location for Bob Evans, considering the way I was treated by the manager. The food was decent but certainly didn’t make up for the lack of managerial accommodations. If I were to order from BE again, I would order and pick up from the West Market Location over the IAA Drive location solely because of the female manager interaction I had. She clearly did not care about whether I was satisfied.

I’ve been to this Bob Evans twice. The first trip was my first time ever dining at one. I can’t say that I was incredibly impressed. I’ve had breakfast and it was only fair each time. Denny’s, Waffle House and iHop do breakfast much better. Service was okay the first time and pretty bad the last time. Our server took our order and then we didn’t see him again until we asked someone for the check and he finally dropped it off. Ironically enough we saw the manager doing more serving than he did. The one thing I will say I really liked here were the pancakes. They are slightly sweet and have an almost vanilla flavor to them. They are the only pancakes I’ve ever eaten that I didn’t want to put syrup on. Can’t say that I would go here again though unless I was in the mood for just pancakes.

I would have given 5 stars but since the food is average I only gave 4 but the staff deserves 5 stars. The staff is always friendly with a smile on their face. My favorite waitress is Brenda. Brenda is so kind and compassionate and always goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

We have received consistently excellent service at this location. They recently remodeled and things are fresh and new. Super breakfast choices, but their lunch and dinners are darn tasty as well. Favorites include skillet breakfasts, fresh big salads for lunch, and turkey and stuffing for dinner. Bob Evans has definitely kept pace with modern trends, even though their clientele tends to be older.

Yikes. Everyone has an off night, but they were out of EVERYTHING(spring break time – not a holiday). It was like that scene out of the original Santa Clause. Everything we asked for, she said, «We’re out.» The food took over an hour to come out and it was hard as a rock and absolutely inedible. The server said that no one showed up in the kitchen and the one guy was trying to hold down the back of the house. Management was no where to be found. It was a total disaster. Have had better experiences at other Bob Evans establishments. At least we laughed about our experience as we walked back to the hotel(where I hopped in the car and went for fast food)…

This is the second weekend of service after their remodel project. Unfortunately, the reception area is still flawed. The cashier station was unstaffed, forcing customers to block the new bakery while waiting to cash out. The seating area is still too small to handle the weekend brunch crowds. The menu hasn’t changed and still focuses on farm fresh meals. The minimal selection of sandwich choices diminishes any lunch options.

Bob Evans. It’s a name associated with breakfast, and that’s probably where it should stay. Having said(typed?) that, I have not eaten breakfast here, so I can only comment on their lunch/dinner. I’ve eaten here twice, and both times left a lot to be desired. The food is bland. One time I ordered the fish sandwich, and it was literally nothing better than what I could have done at home. A McDonald’s filet-o-fish has tons more flavor. The second time I had a turkey melt. The turkey was dry, and the bacon on the sandwich had no flavor. I didn’t realize they made flavorless bacon. The service, on the other hand, seems above average. Both times our server was pleasant and attentive. The prices are what one would expect, and the portion sizes are on the mark. If only the food had more flavor…

Manager says that sometimes it can take 2 hours to eat here. So, if you don’t have 2 hours, don’t plan on coming here if they are busy. We wanted to go to Cracker Barrel but the wait was too long so we went over to Bob Evans. It took roughly 10 minutes to be asked for our drink order, which we promptly ordered our food at the same time. While we waited for our food, people had been seated around us and received their food before we did. The waitress forgot to put in our order and lied and said the computer lost our order. Once we finally got our food after over an hour waiting for it, the food wasn’t even fully cooked!!! Plus, we were missing items and were told they were making it right now. Aside from the waitress not doing her job, the manager that day also failed to do hers too. We kindly brought our problem to her attention and she responded that sometimes it just takes 2 hours to eat there. Neither the waitress nor manager ever apologized for our experience or even attempted to fix the problem.

We love Bob Evans. This is our go to for breakfast meals. The kids love it and I love their pancakes… hotcakes…whatever they call ‘em. Beats any diner in town for breakfast. The wait staff is excellent. They’re always so friendly and accommodating. I never leave here disappointed.

Good breakfast and pretty good dinners at a decent price. They have an excellent selection of sweet and savory breakfasts, including some that include both. Their coffee is also very good and the service is fast and friendly. Haven’t been here in a year or so but it is one of my fav B-N breakfast places.

What’s not to like? This place is just rock solid. Tremendous selection and food always comes fast. It’s tasty and priced right. Love that you can get toast, pancake, biscuit, crêpe, pumpkin bread or banana bread as the ‘bread’ choice with some of the menu items.
