Boot Barn HQ emailed me the next day asking for my contact information so the store manager could talk to me about the horrible way we were treated… I have yet to hear from him… I’m pretty sure he was the one I dealt with. We just got back from driving to St Cloud to replace the boots. At this point I don’t even trust returning them by mail, it is $ 200. We were treated beautifully by Kirsten who handled our exchange. she was absolutely wonderfull, super pleasant. Will never go back to Mall of America store. I would definitely go to St. Cloud store if I was in town.

Went here to replace a pair of Tony Lamas that I had for over 30 years. First winter in Minnesota did them in. I bought a pair of very comfortable Ariat’s and really liked how well they looked and how comfortable they were. I became disenchanted with them when they developed a squeak in the soles from moister getting into the sole or something. The manager, Dwayne, replaced them with no problem with another pair exactly like I had… only problem was they also started to squeak. I again returned today and asked him what should I do. His only concern was that I was happy as a customer and he offered to give me a full store credit on the return. I found a pair of Tony Lama’s that I liked and wore those out the store. Thank you Dwayne for you wonderful customer service and attention to making the customer feel special. You did that for me.

The manager is the coolest old guy ever. Not only did he clean up my boots I came in with, but they held our purchases while we went to sea life. Customer service was amazing. Great selection of boots, clothing, belts and accessories… but do wish they would get the Durango flag boots in for woman! They only have them for men. But really… I’m obsessed with that store anyways! The twin cities boot store for sure!
