Bride to Be Consignment

I love getting a good deal – you would think for the overwhelming amount of junk they have at this store and how packed it is with other peoples castoffs you could find something… aw nah… tacky tacky tacky stuff seriously would rather have no décor than most of the stuff in here. Prices are not good either. We looked at the hangers that say bride etc etc. Purchased a brand new one for less that day at Kirklands. Not worth the trip.

The customer service is lacking here. The workers were rude and unhelpful. They acted so bothered when I asked for a dressing room to try on a wedding dress. The prices are still super high for used dresses. I found nothing under $ 700. Go somewhere else if you’re looking for a fun experience of finding your wedding dress.

I loved this place. It doesn’t have the strong salesperson atmosphere of other stores where you feel pressured to buy things you don’t love. You don’t need an appointment so I just walked in and started picking out dresses without having to deal with anyone. The shop lady came by to grab the pile of dresses and put them in a dressing room and then left. Someone would come by every once in a while while I was trying them on to see if I needed anything and to remove unwanted dresses, but they caught my clear «leave me alone» vibe and left me alone. I knew what I wanted, I picked 5 dresses off the rack, tried them on myself, and chose the best one. I got exactly what I wanted and it cost $ 113, and I spent a fraction of the time here that I spent at other shops with the sales ladies wasting my time. The dress is better quality and more beautiful than $ 500 dresses I looked at elsewhere, and it is in much better shape than any other off the rack ones I had tried on before even though it’s used, and it’s my size so I only have to have it hemmed, the bodice is perfect. We’re going back to pick out bridesmaids accessories and decorations. They have everything and it’s cheap. Even if you want the bridal shop experience it’s good. There were other ladies who obviously wanted more attention so the shop ladies gave it to them.

If you’re looking for a less expensive wedding dress, this is a good place to start. All of the ceremony and reception decorations are definitely overpriced. A lot of the stuff was priced new. You can find better deals at an actual thrift store!

Great variety at an affordable rate. Perfect for weddings, but they have décor for planning other parties, as well. The customer service has gotten better over the last year, too.

Bought a new pair of earrings from this place to wear for my wedding. Got home and noticed a stone was missing in the middle.
Went back to let them know & to see if I could exchange it for an unbroken pair and they told me all sales are final and there’s nothing they could do for me.
I would understand that on used merchandise but if you are selling NEW merchandise, and it’s already broken, I would expect to be able to in the very least let me exchange it.
Unimpressed by the poor quality and lack of real customer service. Weddings are so important and personal to people and the lack of care this company brings to the industry disgusts me.

If you’re looking for it, odds are they have it. Tons of dresses, accessories, glassware and more. The staff that I encountered there were very friendly and professional :) The sheer volume of items can be a bit overwhelming, but it is very, very well organized.

This place is a bit of a zoo here. Alot of stuff on shelves and shelves in tight corners and aisle. So, I think it is a pretty nice place to get ideas but prices are very shifty. You have dates listed when items are 50% off. So, I heard that people rush in when a dress gets marked down 50% off. Well, you can imagine what happens with brides-​to-​be fighting for dresses. I guess if you are on a very tight budget, then this is the way to do it. However, we found it a bit overwhelming since things were not exactly organized the best. But, still we were able to get an idea of how sizes run for dresses.

Is it just me, or is this place junky and kinda gross? Used candles, used dishes, used tablecloths, and even used bridal lingerie! I’m all for saving money and making my wedding unique, but some things you just gotta buy new! I didn’t take the time to try on any of the gowns, but maybe doing so would change my mind. At least I know there’s a place in town that will buy ALL my wedding leftovers, all the way down to my frilly undergarments!

I didn’t happen to find my dress here but we came to try on bridal dresses on their big sale day. The sales associates were SO nice and very helpful. We had a great experience! The prices ranged from low (~$ 200) to high (~$ 1800) and they had a mix of new and used

Terrible shopping experience. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I first I thought I had found the mother lode of wedding décor but prices were not great. They had a huge assortment of paper lanterns that were about 30% higher priced than I found online (oriental traders). Large selection of linen and jewelry but a lot of it looked pretty junky. The end of one of the aisles was booby trapped too. They had a couple of large metal easels leaning agains one of the display shelves. I did not see it and bumped it. The dang thing went crashing to the floor almost hitting a stroller. The shop gal who came over to pick it up did not say a word to me. In fact when I went as if to help she snapped «I’ll do it». Nope. Not going back here. A word to brick and mortar stores. You want to know why people like me shop online as much as I can? I am sick to death of crappy service. If I come to your store I would at least like polite. I will even forego helpful and friendly. Just give me polite.

I would first like to say that I knew going into this being a size 0, I would not have a very large selection to choose from. Still though, I was disappointed by the options. The one dress I tried on was so ridiculous. $ 599 down from $ 800 is not a deal, especially considering it had a huge rip down the front and was dirty.
All the prices are absolutely outrageous for used, worn out dresses. I wouldn’t even waste my time. I went to DB and got a NEW dress I absolutely loved for $ 400.

Holy heck dresses! It was so overwhelming to go in and see racks and racks of dresses. They are organized by size so you have to go through them to find one that you like. It go overwhelming. Help was good but the attendant is helping several girls so there were times that you’d have to zip yourself up. I liked one dress but decided to wait and found something better at the same price at the dress that I was looking for.
For wedding décor, they are pretty awesome. Prices are great and they have tons of stuff!

Tons of choices for your formal occasion, great prices. The dresses are mostly wedding attire but they did have a few prom dresses and tons of jewelry and accesories.

GROSS! Don’t go here. Owner is unprofessional and rude; dresses are outdated and over priced. Save time and go somewhere that has CLASS!!!
