Worst service ever. the cashier had a bad attitude. saw her give the cook«the finger’.slow slow slow. i wasn’t hungry when I got there but I was 15 minutes later when my order finally was ready. really 15 minutes for 1 large fries a coffee a cookie and a small vanilla malt. i thought the faribault bk was bad .this is 10 times not go here do not go here walk on past walk on past.

Waited 10 minutes for 5 french toast sticks… Counter worker was short and impolite. My small order was skipped over and they had to make my food when I asked about it. Not a great BK experience.

I love me some Burger King. It’s harder to find them than it used to be. Their burgers have a distinctive flavor and I’ve always liked them the best of all the fast food burger joints. I don’t eat at fast food places a lot — but when I do, I prefer BK. I love that they have the Whopper Jr. — which is usually what I get. The fact that this place is in the Mall of America is great. I got a nice, cheap iced coffee that even had a coupon on the back for a free whopper or chicken sandwich with fries/drink purchase. Score! The staff was really nice and attentive, too!
