Campus Corner

I would not recommend this apartment. The Parking is great, but that is the only positive aspect to living here. There were numerous times where I had to call the police due to noise from parties in neighboring buildings. The apartment also earned a low safety rating due to multiple items being stolen off of my balcony, and my balcony was vandalized on Halloween. (I’m on the third floor, so someone was working hard to steal those items) My toilet frequently clogged, my heater leaked and caused the inside of the closet to become musty and discolored, and mold was also found in various places throughout the apartment. Although maintenance came to inspect, nothing was done about the heater for weeks, and is still unresolved. Their management is a complete joke and posses little, if any, respect for the well-​being of their tenants. I attempted to address my issues multiple times to no avail, forcing me to live in an uninhabitable environment because the staff decided that I didn’t qualify for a transfer.

Well, the stairs have broken twice on the same staircase in as many days… A city building inspector really needs to give this place a thorough inspection.
I’m am extremely worried for my friends that live here. In my personal experience, I’ve observed this happened more than 6 times on the same staircase. I’ve also observed many other instances of neglect around the complex that could be very dangerous.
