Customer service is a joke… Drove to store, stated it was open — was even posted on window operating hours.
Upon arrival closed… Called number and was told the techs are out on calls and no one is at the store… Waste of time — dude told me I’d have to wait 2−3hrs to have a key made wth?!? Never in my life would I run my business that way!!! What’s the store for???

Jason couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. He programmed my step-daughter’s ignition key and her key fob remote in about 15 minutes. They don’t sell replacement batteries for remotes though — but I highly recommend this place.
