My second time here was as enjoyable as the first. Very good steaks for a reasonable price, an unlimited salad bar, and tasty asparagus for my side. Add in $ 2 drafts on Tuesday and my friend and I enjoyed a great steak meal for less than $ 60 total. I like the servers, too. They’re very personable.

It’s back open. Under new name: Bobby’s Colorado Steakhouse Haven’t gone yet since under new name, so really can’t review. Just wanted folks to know that the name has changed and it is open! I gave it three stars just to be fair until I try it, which is going to be in the next week or two!

This place has a very nice, homey feel, especially in the south side of the building where the fireplace and stonework is. I haven’t had a steak here yet(they are a bit pricey, but maybe worth it?) but have had their salad bar for lunch. Most of the veggies aren’t very fresh, but they do have a good selection that includes eggs and beans for protein. The bar also has pudding, cottage cheese, pasta salads, and even a simple pasta dish(think tomato sauce, cheese, and noodles baked together) which I appreciate, especially since it’s only $ 5. The beef stew/soup is exceptional, and the biscuits you get with any meal can’t be beat. I’m tempted to go and make a meal out of only those whenever I go.
