Curry Collision Center

As with Royal, Curry collision gave very good repair and very poor communications and customer service. They promised to have my car done in no more than 2 days but it took 3 and no one called to tell me it would be another day. When I complained about losing a dy of work, they just stared at me. Duh. I will avoid them if possible although that are my insurance company’s guaranteed repair shop.

Good service and quality repair. If Progressive happens to be paying for your repair, they will also rent you a car from Enterprise paid for by Progressive for the duration of the repair.

Very disappointing.
I was hit by a State Farm insured driver. Working with them, they set up a repair claim with Curry. I was told to bring my car in the next day and it would be seen to immediately.
I brought in my car to the admittedly nice facility. I was seen right away, given an assessment of the damage the man then tried to sell me on more repairs that would not be charged to insurance. I said it seemed like we should just replace the bumper. He said they could, but on my dime.
He put together a packet of repairs, and then said they could get to me in 5 weeks!
When I said State Farm said they had set up a repair for today he laughed at me and then turned rude. «that’s the time line. You’re welcome to take it elsewhere, but I really doubt anyone could get you in anytime soon.»
I left, called State Farm, took it Quality Collision, and the had it done for me in LESS then 24 hours, with a complete new bumper, and friendly staff.
I guess big and shiny doesn’t always mean good.

Ever since I rear-​ended somebody when I was 16, I haven’t been in an accident. I didn’t ever envision stepping foot inside a body shop for ages. But sure enough, I found myself on the other end when some idiot rear-​ended me a little while ago. It contorted the bumper, knocked out my rear lights, and dented the entire back.
I am not one to like having anyone touch my car, so the fact that somebody destroyed the back didn’t sit well with me. And I didn’t really look forward at all to calling a body shop for a quote. But, when I called Curry Collision Center, they answered courteously and gave me a free estimate. I I can honestly say that I have never been that happy with any sort of automobile service. They fixed it all, they were nice, and they got the job done quickly.
I almost want to get in another crash just to go back, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
