I called yesterday morning and talked in length with someone about a family cruise. We had a 20 minute conversation and she answered all the questions I could think of at the time. She said she would get me several options to consider and that I would have them emailed to me the next morning sometime. They are now closed for the day and I have yet to receive any information. I think I may try somebody else as this would have been our first cruise and we were already nervous about the whole thing and wanted to make sure everything would be taken care of as much as possible.

Horrible travel service!!! Sandy Polley is never in the office, doesn’t return phone calls, when she does communicate it’s through emails and the information is always different. Janice was the only sounding voice in group sales. If it weren’t for here I wouldn’t have given them any stars. Very disappointing.

I’m on the fence about them. Could do more promotion marketing with their leisure travel department but overall have had a good experience booking personal travel. Business travel advisory is «fair», at best. Also, they put all of your information in an app called«trip case,» which is actually a cool app but they never told me that they were uploading my trip into this app and I randomly started getting emails from TripCcase, which I marked«Spam» and it ended up having all of my important travel info. They should probably ask you or inform you that they are putting your personal information into a 3rd party application that you might not want to throw out.
