The service was professional and everyone was courteous, but there were some sloppy mistakes made which should have been avoided.
They didn’t record the mileage in their systems when they rented me the car, so they thought I had driven 300+ miles when I had only driven about 100. They also attempted to charge me for half a tank of gas, when the car only had a quarter tank to begin with. Apparently, they didn’t record the fuel level either. There was no apology, just an excuse that it was another agent’s fault for not entering the information in.
If I hadn’t questioned the additional charges, this would have gone unnoticed. So review your receipt thoroughly before you pay.

I normally rent cars through Avis, but no more!
The service at this location is top notch. The entire staff helped make sure my rental car was just what I needed to take my hockey players to Cincy on a snowy weekend.
Special praise is necessary to the nice young man from Minnesota. Enterprise — give him a raise, he’s a keeper!
I will definitely rent from this location again.

I have rented several times from this location and find the staff to be very friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes the location can be a bit understaffed but they manage well.
I would definitely recommend this location if you need a rental car.

The staff here are very friendly and courteous. A little undermanned on Saturdays, but it wasn’t too bad. They got through everyone quickly and efficiently.
