Time estimate was way off — ended up waiting over an hour and a half when the original time estimate was 20 – 30 minutes. I was told the service call was $ 20 (just to send a tech over) and they couldn’t quote me a price until they showed up. They prey on that desperation, the call ended up being a total of $ 160 for about 2 seconds of work.
the tech was nice and not his fault, but i was seriously disappointed in not being given a realistic quote and time frame.
