First off, they now only have wrist bands for unlimited rides during part of the year. Without the wrist band, kiddie rides are $ 2 each which seems a bit steep considering the quality. When we were here recently, the place was very crowded, yet they still only had a few attendants running the rides. It was a long wait for each ride as we had to wait for someone to end a current ride and come over to a new one. At one point, we were next in line and when the ride ended, the attendant said he had to go run another ride before doing ours since they were waiting longer. I’m not sure why they are always so understaffed at the fun park side, but it was more inconvenient this recent time than any other. The best age range for this place would be 3 – 6 when you’re looking at kiddie rides. It’s a very limited selection, obviously, but it’s also for very young children. There isn’t much for 8+ other than the adult rides, but there are only 3 of those. We paid $ 80 for 4 kids to go on 10 rides and it was a big disappointment. This place used to be our go to over the summer weekends, it’s slowly declined the past 2 years.

I agree that it is a little expensive — although the bracelets that you can buy are helpful.(other than the fact that the best rides aren’t included) But we were impressed with Grady’s. It is clean, well kept and the kids had fun. The kids liked the go karts and the water ride the best. But they also enjoyed several of the other spinning rides.

Enjoyed the Mini Golf and arcade games. Kept two adults and a young child entertained for 2 hours for $ 20! The girl that was working the counter for tickets was sweet and knowledgeable. The rides are expensive. My son was too young for go karts and whatnot. I would not recommend the restaurant. When we walked in they had a sign stating to seat yourself, so we did. We sat there for 10 minutes unnoticed. The server that came up was nice enough. But he never came back after dropping off our food. Our drinks stayed empty and the food was horrendous. The tenderloin was soggy as if it had been microwaved. Same with the chicken. They didn’t even have any tomatoes. The fries tasted like the grease they were cooked in had been long overdue to be changed out. The pizza was alright but nothing to brag about. The sauce is very very sweet. Too sweet for my taste but my son liked it enough. The crust was strangely airy and crispy. When we expressed our complaints the employees just blankly looked at us and said«okay». By the end of the experience we couldn’t get out of that restaurant fast enough. Overall we would probably return for the mini golf but pick to eat somewhere else.

Outside of being a little pricey, this is a great family place to visit. Pizza Restaurant, Ice Cream Parlor, Carnival Rides, Carnival Food, Go-Carts, Bumper Boats, Bumper Cars, Batting Cages, Putt Putt Golf. Definitely deserving a visit perhaps once a summer.

Grady’s Fun Park is an excellent place with fun rides. I celebrated my friend Maddox’s birthday at Grady’s and am currently in the process of planning my birthday there. Grady’s is an amazing place that you should visit sometime if you’re in Bloomington

Grady’s is fairly reasonable for what it is — a «fun park» with a few carnival rides, batting cages, mini-golf(a decent course, actually), and ice cream/pizza. I like to go here when I have a «hankering» for some mini-golf because it is one of the better courses in Bloomington-Normal. I’ve also rode the Go-Karts since my boyfriend is a kid at heart. It’s worth the trip if you want to do something outside and you feeling like letting the inner-kid out. They also have reasonable family packages if you are looking for something to do with kids. Tip — they have discount tickets on the Bloomington-Normal tourism site for buy one-get one mini-golf. I’m always looking for a discount!

One of the few places in town with bumper boats, batting cages, miniature golf, and carnival rides for the youngin’s. Pizza is bland and staff is mostly composed of high schoolers who don’t care and don’t know about the place, but nearly all of the activities are self-service so you should be able to just go and enjoy the activities without dealing with the food or staff. Great place for young families or baby-sitting runs; different from anything else in town.
