Great Clips

I have never had a stylist so rude an incompetent as Cody at Great Clips. I brought my 11 year old daughter who has (had) very long curly hair that can be quite unruly. At the end of a long day we stopped in and asked to get three inches taken off. Being the end of the day and after a two hour dance class I asked if I could have her shampooed. He dunked her head in water. Didn’t shampoo anything but the ends. No conditioner. Proceeded to yell at her about how tangled her hair was and how it was ratty and disgusting. Her proceeded to cut 11 inches off her hair. When checking out he told me never to bring a child in with tangled un-​shampooed hair. Hmm. That was the purpose of going in there. I am ok if someone is outwardly rude to me but to an 11 year old child is unacceptable. And then looking at bank statement he double charged me. These complaints will be sent all the way up to corporate.
What a despicable excuse for a human being.
