I have been very disappointed with GT. After being very excited about moving into my house, I have been upset with GT’s service. They are slow with maintenance requests and do not look out for the tenants’ best interest. After having animal control find a possum living in our roof, they refused to pay for the cost of the removal or take any other extra precautions. I would caution you against using them, as they are simply in the business of making money, not helping people live well.
