This location used to be my favorite but now not so much. All the associates avoid eye contact and have no knowledge about anything in the store. Go to the Southdale location, it’s cleaner, quieter and the associates actually help you. MOA get it together!

Burnsville, MN
The H&M store at MOA itself is okay. It’s quite organized and lines for the fitting room aren’t too bad. But the lines for checkout are always extremely long! The cashiers are incredibly slow and take their sweet time ringing people up, even when they see that there’s a line wrapped around at least 2 – 3 times. I prefer going to the Burnsville H&M.

Busy Busy Busy… this place gets lots of traffic because its in the mall of America. but traffic means money in the bank!
This location receives more inventory than the south dale location. The lines are long so try going on a weekday. I feel bad for the workers as they are constantly cleaning up the mess that inconsiderate shoppers make.
i frequent H&M because of the their fast fashion and inexpensive prices. if you see something for full price, wait two months and it will be on sale.
if you’re trying to do a quick run, park by nordstrom or the entrance next to urban outfitters. the store is located on the first floor– next to that crêpe place.
