Terrible customer service and lacks professional business tact! I called today around 2 p.m. to have 2 sandwiches delivered. My first call was answered with, «Jimmy Johns, please hold.» After about 6 minutes of being on hold, I hung up and called back. This time my call was answered with,“Jimmy Johns, ugh, hello? Yeah we are really backed up and busy. How can I help you?” I answered with «I’d like an order for delivery.» His response was, «I’d suggest calling elsewhere we won’t be able to deliver your order for over an hour; we are understaffed and super busy.» I sat quiet as I was shocked that just came out of his mouth and he just hung up. No apology, nothing. Even more frustrating… I drove by on my way to Subway and there was 3 cars in the lot and one was a delivery driver! They looked very slow! I’ll take my personal business and my company’s catering orders elsewhere from now on!

Sandwiches are delicious but this is the second time we’ve waited more than an hour without even the simple courtesy of a phone call. Apparently the driver was here a half hour ago and we weren’t? Weird, as we’ve been home all day.
Called the store a half hour ago. Still waiting for our sandwiches. Very disappointing.
