Wow. Apparently going in to make a return at noon on a Friday afternoon is a giant inconvenience to the two rude employees working in this location. I asked to do a return and the first guy I talked to pointed at the other guy and said that he had to do it, but never went over to this guy as I stood at the counter for an uncomfortable amount of time. Then when the guy finally came over, he yawned, looked me over and said,“We don’t do returns until after noon.” Now, I understand that he was joking, but I had lost my sense of humor after being blatantly ignored for the past five plus minutes.
He then worked at the pace of a snail to get my return done, yawning the whole time. Never said thank you and was just plain out right unimpressive. I worked in retail long enough to know that he should get a different job if he is so bored or unhappy at his…
I think I will check out a different store or location next time. LAME!
