Our favorite is the twisted turkey… today I had a bowl of the chicken n dumplings it was amazing… The desserts are always amazing… We tried the cinn roll bread pudding for the first time today and it melted in my mouth.

My wife and I tried the endless soup and salad tonight. It was very good, 4 different soups to choose from. There was more than just salad though which was a nice surprise. There was also Italian pasta, finger cucumber sandwiches, 3 different kinds of rolls(pretzel, onion & I think the last one was a sourdough) The meal comes with a drink and to our surprise at checkout we received a free dessert each out of the bakers case. From what I understand the soups change weekly which is nice. We will definitely be back.

Love the Twisted Turkey and the lobster bisque. Friendly staff, home-y atmosphere. Kelly herself is an incredible lady and a great face to see at the Farmers Market!

Great place downtown to grab lunch. Great salads and sandwiches. My favorite is their jalapeño bacon sandwich.

Cutest little bakery/café shop around. Great customer service and friendly faces greeting you. Delicious sweets too. Oh and the soup of the day and sandwiches are all delicious and homemade. Yum

I really like Kelly’s. It’s a really cute little bakery located in downtown Bloomington. They have a pretty large selection of salads, sandwiches, and Quiches. Their chicken salad is really good. I often get the chicken salad stuffed tomato, and both my daughter and I love it, and it’s big enough to share. They also have a large variety of sweets and fresh baked goods. I tried their milky way bar, and it was SO good, with a nice thick layer of caramel and lots of chocolate. My biggest issue with Kelly’s is it’s location. All that’s available is street parking which, depending on the time of day, can be hard to come by. Also, the Café itself is quite small. There’s really not much seating in the restaurant itself. Also, where you order is also small, so it gets really crowded with people trying to order, trying to get drinks, and trying to throw their trash away. Other than that, it’s a really cute restaurant that we like to do when we are in downtown.

This is a great place. The produce is fresh and the pastries are delicious. Are you indecisive like me? Well then, pick the ½ and ½ deal where you can get half a soup, salad, or sandwich and half something else. My main complaint? I haven’t fallen in love with a sandwich yet. I guess that’s just an excuse to visit Kelly’s soon.

Food is not bad, but taste like it could come from McDonald’s. Lady up front is nice though. Only stopped by to get a bite to eat on the way to chicago.

I like this place. Although it is a bit overpriced for what you get. The sandwhiches are awesome. The drinks are pretty good. It’s hard to get a seat during lunch time and it seems very crowded most of the time, though.

What isn’t great at Kelly’s? Nothing. I try to stop by most mornings on the way to work. They have a wide variety of items for breakfast: sandwiches, breakfast casserole, muffins and scones. The freshly brewed coffee is a good wake-up drink to prepare me for the rest of the day. The food quality is consistently high and the employees are friendly and ready to help you with your decisions. The pumpkin swirl brownies are a favorite of mine and if you happen to see cinnamon roll bread pudding buy it!

Love love this place! Coffee bar includes torani syrups, sweeteners and real cream! I recommend the quiche, candied pecan salad, apples ham sandwich or lobster bisque. You may need to visit several times to try all of the wonderful food!

We sprung our elderly aunt out of her facility for lunch and found this place thanks to Unilocal.Really delicious and unique sandwiches and a yummy assortment of cookies and other baked treats. She like the egg salad a lot. The turkey, mozzarella and grilled onion And the mozzarella tomato sandwiches were really great. Order at the counter and they bring it out. Very friendly staff.

Friendly service, good sandwiches. The dining area was homey, but needed cleaning. The baked goods were lacking something — and disappointed.

Stumbled on this place and grabbed some take out. Out was a little expensive but the food was great. I had the half sandwich and half salad for lunch. Greek salad was fantastic with tons of feta cheese. Buffalo chicken panini was deli sliced chicken with tomato on fresh bread. And the peanut butter cup cookie was the best decision I made all day. I can’t wait to take my wife and daughter here. They’ll love it.

Had lunch at Kelly’s last Thursday. The food, as always was excellent. Soup and half sandwich makes for a perfect lunch and throw in a baked good… hits the spot. Not a complaint to Kelly’s but to my fellow diners. Everyone knows Kelly’s is busy over lunch, please be considerate. If you want to sit around and talk for 30 minutes after you’re done, please go somewhere else. To sit there and gab when you can clearly see there are people waiting for a seat is just rude and unfortunately it happens more times than not.

Meh… Nothing blew me away. It’s very pricey for what you get. Then at the end of it all you still have to serve your own drink and bus your own plates. Even noodles has someone to pick up your plates. This place is probably better for the baked good then there actual food. My friend ordered a salmon salad. It was pretty sad looking for $ 9 dollars. Looked like they got a salad bag and threw 4 bite size pieces of salmon. Wouldn’t return but if you just want a baked item go for it… Just don’t sit and eat.

Cute place. Busy during the lunch workweek. Noisy in the main room. Hard to find a seat. The sandwiches were typical and very big portions. Good selection of homemade soups. Very busy, crowded and echo-y. Not the place to come and hog a table for studying.

This is a really cute café that we read about on Unilocal as we were looking for a place to bring friends when we were visiting for an IWU football game(and they didn’t want to try Tobins, Avantis or Monicals which are my college faves from 20 years ago). They were late so we ate by ourselves and got their orders to go. We had some communication problems when I was ordering but they were pleasant. They don’t have gluten free baked goods which was a huge bummer for my friend. But they had tons of delicious looking baked goods in the case, including cinnamon rolls(they add cream cheese frosting). We were too late for a chocolate croissant. :(The peanut butter cookie was good. Our lunch was delicious. I loved the chicken noodle soup. I also got the chicken salad croissant and it was very tasty– the salad was tangy and creamy. My husband had the queso soup and said it was good and very spicy. He liked the twisted turkey sandwich too but thought it had too much jalapeño raspberry jelly on it(but he thought the flavor of the jelly was great). Our friend was so happy with the tomato stuffed with chicken salad– he went on and in about it! Our other friend got the pecan salad and enjoyed it too. They packed their to go orders really nicely. The seating area was cute and had more seating than we expected, and the walls were decorated with art for sale. They have a great selection of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, salads, quiches and baked goods. We would be regulars here if we lived in the area.

Odd Odd place. Cross between kitchy country and modern flair… I think Food: Lobster Bisque– smelled good but the ingredients separated in the bowl within 5 minutes. Super gross, didn’t finish Pecan Salad– More like cheese and nut salad with a little green stuff… Overwhelming Tomato Mozz Sand– SUPER boring. tasted like bread. You can’t offer a veg sand with no veggies. Improper proportions across the board. Score of the day though. A local artist made a piece we liked… SCORE.
